When I went, this location was overstocked. Every shelf was so full it was bursting. Other than that, good store.

I’ve been to most of the goodwills in the valley and this location has no respect or value for there customers. When I went to checkout the line was abnormally long due to one register being open (15-20 people). I assumed no biggie probably short staff I will burn some time in the store and wait til It shortens down . I go and browse for 20 minutes not so and go to checkout and line is just as long still with one register open. I then see a group of employees chatting to each other and walking towards the door. I asked them politely if there was anyway they could open up another register due to the line and this worker told me that I’m not special and would have to wait like everyone else and that they (group of employees)were going on there break. I said thank you put my things down and walked out. Won’t come back here. I attached a picture they weren’t lying they were going on break .all of them !!while there coworker is slammed inside.

By far hands-down 100% the cleanest most organized nicest goodwill I have ever been to in five different states. Selection for men’s was a little small, but they had more men’s shoes than I’ve seen at any other store ever. Really well organized miscellaneous area nicely organized books and movies. I’m sure the women’s area was nice as well.Staff were friendly and helpful and even the prices were really decent

I shouldn’t have to buy a bag to put used items in. That’s ridiculous will not be coming back to this location or any location that will charge me for a bag to put the used items in. To save the environment my as*. This is NOT customer oriented

Tried to return an 2 items purchased earlier in the day at another goodwill location. Manager returned one of them and refused refund on the other citing 'something not being right with how it was tagged' and told to go back to the store I had made original purchase. Not going to argue but very inconvenient having to drive across town to get a store credit.

This is a pretty decent location. My husband found a brand new racing drone here that was really fairly priced. They have a lot of cute shoes and tons of kid and baby clothing. If you are in search of children's clothing, this location also has a kid to kid right next door and a once upon a child across the street, both used kids clothing places. Just n fyi.

This location is now decently priced for a Goodwill. If you go north to the Baseline location, you will notice a huge difference in price. Bring prices down and you will drive more traffic and profits. Oh wait, everything is nearly donated so there shouldn't be an issue dropping prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful on the plus side.
