The owner or manager bailed on me twice and then he never responded to my texts after that. I told him I was uncomfortable saying my debit card number out loud to him over the phone and asked if it was okay to meet him in the office to give it to him because of security problems with phone tapping and stuff. He agreed that this was okay. The next day he called and tried to cancel or bailed because he felt I “didn’t trust him.” He did this in the middle of the day. I told him that it had nothing to do with not trusting him and that it had to do with completely different security issues. I could tell the man thought it was stupid and didn’t seem to show much respect for my privacy and security concern, but when I clarified again that it was not a trust issue with him he sent me his office address and told me to come into the office the next morning. The next morning, 32 minutes before 10am (which was when we were supposed to meet to give him my card information) I’m about ready to leave for the office to give him my card information, and he texts me (doesn’t call) and says that he wont be able to meet me in the office because he has to fill in for one of his drivers. It felt a bit strange to me that he would text instead of call. So I was desperate at that point worried that I wouldn’t have a reliable ride to the airport in a couple of days and I messaged him back and told him that I don’t usually tell someone my debit card number over the phone but since now I’m starting to feel a bit desperate, could I just go ahead and give it to you over the phone so I can just go ahead and book a ride? The man never messaged me back. The man knew how much I needed to be at the airport and didn’t seem to take my situation seriously at all. I am really glad I hadn’t cancelled my Lyft ride yet. Because I was about to cancel it to get a ride with R&R instead because someone I knew had suggested him. I’m glad I am able to still get a ride with someone else outside of this business, but come on dude, I am a human. Have some respect and kindness or at least some sort of communication. Do you treat everyone this way or is it just me It’s a bit weird that he just bailed and then made an excuse of “you don’t trust me because you won’t say your debit card number to me over the phone” and then bailed again so close to meeting time and made a different excuse saying “alright well, hopefully we can do business at SOME POINT.” He didn’t even offer to reschedule he just left me hanging and he left things up in the air and he left me wondering and feeling screwed over and like I wasn’t cared for at all. I feel completely screwed over. And I don’t feel like I was treated like a person should have been treated. It’s not a good feeling. To bail twice like that without even offering to reschedule and also not responding to my text messages that were asking him if we could please just go ahead transfer the card information over the phone so I can book a ride so I can be sure I can get to the freaking airport to make a flight. Thanks a lot.

I never really thought I'd use a car service but I found myself in a situation traveling for vacation where it was going to be the best option due to the logistics of having early flights leaving and late arrivals coming back. I was so impressed with the convenience and ease that this made our trip to the airport. Such a more relaxing option, and I'll definitely consider it again in the future. R and R was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the best times to get there and it was great having one less thing to worry about!

Great service! We used the shuttle service from Morgantown to PIT airport for one of our visitors at WVU. His flight was early in the morning. Shuttle was on time and the booking procedure was so easy thanks to Bobby's help.
