I would not recommend coming here, despite the fact the dresses are reasonably priced and decent/good quality. I came here with my mom and sister (MOH) and from the moment we stepped in the door during each appointment, we felt uncomfortable. On our visit, the staff was extremely unhelpful and made me feel like I was a burden because I asked questions and wasn't sure what i wanted in terms of style, color, or fabric. Then, when I went back another day with my sister to take measurements and try on the dresses I chose, Brenda basically called my sister fat, saying she needs to size up because it looks bad. She said multiple times “it’s not supposed to do this, it looks wrong” and touched all around her stomach and upper thighs. It’s one thing to recommend a larger size, I would have no problem with that at all, but the fact she took the measurements, then announced to the entire store, explicitly, that her “measurements are weird and all over the map” is ridiculous and uncalled for. For reference, my sister is usually a size 4-6 and wears medium. She is 5’4” and 125lbs. So on top of the fact that doing this to any woman is wrong and inappropriate, she is an average woman. I called the store and Christine said it wasn’t their intention and she’s “sorry if my sister took it this way”, but it’s the fact it happened at all that bothers me so much and her comment suggests that it was my sister just being sensitive.

Additionally, when one of my bridesmaids received her dress, it was way too big (see photos). I understand the measurements are just a rough estimate to order a specific size and we have to tailor it, but the dress isn’t even remotely close to a size she should be in.

Overall, I am really disappointed with my experience in the store. My friends and I felt as though we were a burden on the staff there. They didn't pull any of the dresses I chose and we basically pulled them off the rack ourselves. I do appreciate the two girls around my age (i think their names were mckenzie and imani) who were amazing and helpful in answering our questions and clipping dresses for us.

Words cannot express how wonderful this shop is. When you walk in, you are greeted by everyone. How nice to be noticed. I was looking for a gown for a special occasion. Christine and Angela are so helpful. They both have exceptional taste and an eye for style. They suggested a style that would be appropriate for someone my age. I was unsure about color, and they suggested a perfect color. When I picked up the dress, I was also pleased with the service from Brenda. All the staff there are so helpful

My daughter recently purchased a gown at Bella Bridesmaids. During our initial visit, we found the staff easy to work with and very attentive. But the mark of a great retail store is how they handle problems that arise. Christine and her entire staff at Bella Bridesmaids just solved a huge problem for us that was not of their own making asking only that we pay their kindness forward. They are the team you want in your corner.

Bella Bridesmaids was highly recommended through the "Brides of Long Island" group and within a short time, climbed to the top of my list. I scheduled an appointment for mid-April of 2024 for my wedding in November 2024 to visit the shop and get a gauge on what styles were offered. At that point I had a brief idea of color scheme and style but wasn't tied to anything specifically, as I wanted to wait to make decisions for when my bridal party had a chance to come in.

The following day after my initial visit, I brought in the 5 members of my bridal party to scope out some of the options I had selected. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was a bit different the next day compared to the day prior. I felt as though the staff were growing frustrated with us for wanting to try a variety of options of colors and fabrics. I even saw and heard a side conversation between two employees who rolled their eyes because we hadn't chosen what styles we were going with.

To clarify, I did not go into the appointment with the intention of deciding in that moment or even that day. I wanted to be able to debrief with the bridal party afterwards and make decisions when we felt ready. While I understand that running a business is based off of sales, the employees did not create a very "welcoming" space. Instead, I felt rushed and pressured to make choices and then shamed for not making those decisions on the spot.

Ultimately yes, I ordered my maid-of-honor's dress through Bella, but decided to go elsewhere for the rest of the bridal party. I was hoping to have a better experience at Bella and hope that this feedback may provide the ability for the staff to create a more welcoming environment for first time customers.

For my son’s wedding, I began my search for a dress at Bella Bridesmaids. All I can say is that it was an amazing experience. Angela, Christine, and Mackenzie showered me with personal attention. The entire staff seemed invested in every dress I tried on. The selection they have is beautiful with so much variety. They made the experience fun and gave me excellent options. I can’t wait to go back to make my final choice. Thank you Bella!!

Bella Bridesmaids of Huntington, NY is a treasure chest filled with beautiful and elegant gowns for any occasion. I searched through many stores looking for a dress for an upcoming formal affair. Most of these places had limited styles and sizes. A friend told me about Bella Bridesmaids and I ventured in.
The staff was phenomenal. They made me feel comfortable and were very patient with me. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find lots of options in plus size. The gowns were beautiful. When I left, I had ordered not just one, but two beautiful gowns.
I’m giving a big thank you to Angela and Christine, and their staff at Bella Bridesmaids. This will definitely be my first stop for my next event.

If you need bridesmaids dresses THIS IS THE SPOT! My bridesmaids looked so incredibly beautiful in there dresses! I was able to choose the color and material I wanted and they all got to choose the style they felt most comfortable in. Everyone was so happy with them and it was beyond perfect and what I envisioned! Thank you to everyone at the Bella team for making this such an easy and seamless experience!

My 22-year-old daughter had an appointment fitting for a bridesmaid dress. Her entire experience was handled by a woman who was rude, starting with the phone call to make the appointment. During the appointment, she was treated like a child, chastised for needing a larger size, and only received a smile when she went to purchase the dress. Customer service is your job. Do better.
