This place is such a hidden gem inside a charming pharmacy! The owner is so sweet, and it was my first time trying Kashmiri milk tea, which was absolutely delightful. I couldn't resist writing a review about it! Additionally, the boba has the perfect texture. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Cool boba store! Located within a convenience store, you can shop for your needs then leave with some boba. They have chai flavors both hot and cold and the owner is very sweet!

Running errands with my Mom we came across this pharmacy that has a Chai Shop inside. Sounded interesting so we went in.

They have a pretty cute set up, and you can certainly get your Boba fix here. Their brown sugar boba is freshly made and delicious. The milk teas are generally powdered unless you’re getting the Indian ones, which are served hot and cold.

We tried the Kashmiri Chai iced and Masala Chai iced. I wanted sugar free teas and since the powders are pre sweetened, this was really our only option.

While the teas were good and boba fresh, I would probably come here for the hot versions without boba and stick to my usual boba places for my fav boba flavored teas.

The pharmacy prices are also fairly reasonable so stopping in for essentials is a good idea here.

I cannot recommend Chai Shop enough! It was such a pleasant treat to find right on Hillside Avenue. There is ample parking as well.

It has a nice rustic and cozy vibe, and is remarkably clean. The service is warm and friendly, and everything is very hygienically handled.

Everything I’ve tried on the menu so far is excellent. My favorite bubble tea is the rose milk bubble tea, and my favorite hot drink is the Kashmiri chai with the pistachio and almond topping. It’s the best Kashmiri chai I’ve had in a very long time. It was delicately flavored and I really appreciated that the tea is only lightly sweetened; and can be further sweetened according to one’s preference.

Another thing I really appreciate at Chai Shop is that the to-go cups are very good quality. It adds to the experience of enjoying your beverage.

Taste…decor…hospitality…convenience.
Karak chai was really good and ran out of Kashmiri chai so hope to come back for it. Mango bubble tea was good too but not after having a Karak chai for me lol. Thai tea was pretty good as well.
They have a supermarket and pharmacy too so picked up household stuff while sipping the tea. Definitely will be a go to if I’m looking for a chai / sweet drink spot after a meal or causal outing.

My daughter and I had a great experience on our first visit. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. My daughter had a great mango tapioca boba milk tea. We also shared a Karak Chai and a Kashmiri Chai. Both were really good. The Kashmiri Chai with (optional) chopped nuts added was our favorite between the two—so good! It’s also great that you can get the sugar customized in the chai. I prefer mine lightly sweetened. The Chai Shop is in a little corner inside the BeneCare Pharmacy. There’s a counter along the window and a few chairs on the side where you can sit. I also saw people coming in and ordering chai and bubble teas to go. The tea is served in to-go cups, even if you decide to sip on premises.

We were roaming around the neighborhood & came across this shop. We tried Kashmiri Chai Tea, it was super delicious. Service was very nice & Staff/owner is very friendly. Highly recommend.
