I give them 2 stars because they have a lady that works there thats very helpful and goes above and beyond in her job even though it seems they don’t treat her very well. The cashiers are not friendly, I am not sure if is the culture or just their attitude. People should remember being humble and nice goes a long way especially in a family owned business. I didn’t like that she made me leave my cart with my bags that I payed for next to her for me to pick something I forgot in front of them, ridiculous! I understand but a thief wouldn’t be that dumb to put something in the bags in front of them.

I would just recommend having the return policies explicitly mentioned to the consumers. I got an Indian spice box whose lid was covered with blue plastic and was very tough to see through. As soon as I unpacked the box after reaching home i noticed crack and the next day rushed to exchange it. To my surprise, I was not only told that kitchen items aren’t returnable/exchangeable but also the lady started to point out that it wasa scratch indicating that I probably mishandled it. I just expected some humanity, honesty and courtesy. Be careful when you buy kitchen stuff from this store.

Wonderful people, clean, fresh vegetables, great selection and variety, fabulous prices. We love this place and it is a big part of our groceries each week. Newly refurbished store is awesome. Family oriented. No staring issues for women like the despos at Patel Bros either.

Best Indian grocery store. Staff are friendly, professional, helpful and have great knowledge about products they carry. Prices are very reasonable and cheaper than other Indian grocery stores. I used to shop in Tampa area but having been shopping here for the past 3 months because of the great customer service!.Will refer to family and friends 🙂

The Indian stores and Bombay cafe are really good but recently opened smoke shop is spoiling the entire experience. The whole corridor smells like weed and it’s disgusting. Feel like going to some other Indian grocery store.
