I’m a big fan of Home Depot generally and would pass by at least once month to grab something. Now, what I consider a hidden gem for any family with kids is the monthly free kids workshops that has a new project every month. This month my kids built a mini soccer game and it was really an excellent experience. I don’t think we will miss this event again moving forward. Look it up on their website and try to register as early as you can as it fills up fast.

November 1st , I am an employee of a contractor and his company. I was told by my boss to pick up a large amount of gravel for a project we are working on in the area. We spend thousands of dollars at this store weekly. We had previously purchased these bags at a set price and and was told by the amazing cashier to return with the receipt and the prices would be honored. We returned today to be met with controversy by the “store manager” Gabe being told this prices would not be honored and dismissed our business to elsewhere. This was very unprofessional and shows no respect for contractors and their business. This is outrageous. Goodbye Home Depot , Lowe’s here we come!

Very bad experience. The person at the lumber to cut, did not listen to what I said and ended up cutting different lengths. When I asked he why, he said that’s what I heard. I mean if you are not interested in the job, just quit. Wasted money. I still have the bill and details. If y’all do something called as customer service, please do reply to this message. Frustrated!

November 1st 2024 story time My name is Mr Carl with Miranda's home service and repair LLC I'm a licensed plumber license electrician we do it all and I run 16 trucks here in North Texas and prosper home Depot on 380 is our go-to store our company spends thousands and thousands of dollars in this store weekly I came in the store on October 28th 2024 and picked up 20 bags of white 1 in white stone landscaping rocks and was charged $5.99 per bag they were not on sale I got a savings because I'm a pro member plus my military discount today I came in and attempted to purchase 30 bags when I was there on the 28th The wonderful cashier told me bring your receipt in and they would honor that price or I would have picked all 50 bags up at that time so anyway I picked up 30 bags and attempted to purchase today they ring up $6.77 per bag and I showed them my receipt and explain exactly what the lady told me to do so the cashier today asked for Gabe the so-called manager he came over I showed him my receipt and my pro rewards and he tried to tell me that was only if you bought a pallet of the White Rock I explained I didn't buy a pallet last time I only bought 20 bags and I was back to get 30 more bags and he told me he would not honor that price and did not care if I went to Lowe's really You got to be kidding me I make it a point to shop at that home Depot and this is the way you want to treat me never again will me or my guys ever step foot back in that home depot Gabe should be fired I'm a very loyal customer I'm in that store probably 10 times a day not counting my other employees You lost a value customer over $15 really $13 home Depot let's get it together get a new manager because Gabe is going to make you lose customers especially when you have customers that are contractors that spend a lot of money in your store so you value $15 then me as a customer thank you home Depot but that's not acceptable Lowe's home improvement you got my business again my name is Carl with Miranda's home service and repair LLC located in Little Elm Texas

This new Home Depot was very well stocked and looking pretty clean. I wonder how long it will last? All the employees were cheerful and eager to help. Even the gal at the outdoor checkout counter was cheerful despite the cold weather that day.

Like this local Home Depot - most of the items are in stock. Sometimes feel lack of on-floor associates for helping the customers. Have wide range of garden accessories and plants. Clean store and ample parking spots. Return center or the order pick up area are neat but need at least 2 associates because of long line. Occasional Sale items also less compared to other Home Depot stores.

i recently visited the brand new prosper Home Depot store and was impressed by how well organized it was. The layout made it easy to find most stuff and the store seemed to have a great selection of products. However, I did have some difficulty finding someone to help me with a plumbing part I was looking for. It seemed like there was a shortage of staff on the floor, and it took a while for someone to assist me. Despite this, the staff member who eventually helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me find the exact part I needed. Overall, I was happy with my experience at this Home Depot store and would recommend it to others, but suggest to keep in mind that it might take a little longer to find someone to help you.
