I have shopped at this store for years as I am a short term rental manager and designer. I use and buy almost everything in the store on a regular basis. THIS LOCATION IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF not just bad but TERRIBLE management. I charge this to the corporate owners. I don’t even have to know what happened but completely understand what happened here! There were 4 employees in a store thatREQUIRES AT LEAST 30! I will now not go here due to what I found. Check photos. It looks like an apocalypse! Stuff everywhere. Shelves and boxes emptied on floors. Nothing like together. Wow what a mess! I am telling everyone in the area in real estate that I know!

Even after seeing the place from the outside and how huge it looked, we were unprepared for the extraordinary largesse of this store. Once you go inside you realize it's so big, they need a monorail system. Based on the one-star reviews, it seems to be a bit of a Karen magnet, too. But I won't hold that against the management. How is it even possible to keep a store this big this clean and this well organized? I would give any corporation a 4 out of 10 chance of beating a dumpster fire level of organization. At Home managed to beat those odds, at least. And the prices aren't bad, to top it off.

I stopped by the Kennesaw Ga store today and I was absolutely shocked when I entered the store. I have noticed that this particular store has always been somewhat unorganized compared to other At Home stores, but today to majority of the store looked like it had been vandalized or looted.
The amount of broken merchandise thrown on shelves and in the floor was very concerning. I felt many areas were dangerous given the amount of breakable items that weren’t safely displayed. There was no way that a cart could have been used from the middle to the back of the store given the amount of trash that was all over the store floors.
I usually enjoy shopping there but today I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I hate to see one of my favorite stores in this shape. It’s not fair to paying customers to be expected to shop in this kind of atmosphere.

It is very clear after only a few minutes in the store how desperately a full staff is needed (although I am completely unsure why I didn’t see a full staff). I saw only 3 employees in the nearly 2 hours I spent there. The store is in complete disarray. Most of the items in the aisles are unorganized and thrown about. There were items for sale scattered on the floor - it was unclear if the items were part of a theft attempt or someone simply felt like ripping open packages; however none of the three employees I saw seemed to care. The artwork section doesn’t seem to have been cleaned or organized in quite some time. All of the artwork was leaning forward and difficult to browse, and many pieces were damaged from people throwing them back in random places. Overall really disappointing. There are plenty of people looking for jobs, I hope they will hire some more help.

Normally, I enjoy shopping at this Kennesaw store. However, during my recent search for 2 bathroom mirrors, I actually left feeling overwhelmed with even going down the aisle. It was impossible to shop for anything in the wall hanging aisles. Every aisle has products falling off the shelves, products on the floors, and products jammed in every direction; you can not move anything or see anything because it's such a mess. Originally, I thought maybe it was because of being a week after the holidays, and maybe they were getting caught up. However, after going back into the store a week later (thinking that would give them time to clean up), I took these pictures, seeing that the store was still in the same mess.
The last 2 pictures are of the Douglasville location, which couldn't be more different and where I ended up purchasing from. The Douglasville location is the best organized store I've seen in a long time.

Hadn't stopped by this location in some time. I used to love shopping here, but so disappointed in the complete mess it has become. After visiting today, I went straight to these reviews to see if anyone else had mentioned anything....As I look at the reviews I see this has been happening for a while now. I also notice someone that says to be the owner has been replying, that they will "look into this and get it corrected". It seems like it's been months and there is ZERO change.

As someone who enjoys interior design and home decor, this store is amazing! It is large with so many options and the prices are reasonable. It is a little unorganized, might have to shift, climb, or dig into things but that's retail. Throughly enjoyed two hours in the store. Highly recommend

My favorite place to shop for any home decor needs. The store is always clean and well stocked and the staff is fantastic. Love the selection of pillows, wall art, and rugs especially. I highly recommend this store for anything you may need to decorate your home!
