First time going and I think they did a pretty good job with my workshirt there's a lil black line of cloth but that's fine I do have to say the worker there could use a lil bit more enthusiasm in her voice

What a disappointment! they ruined a pair of expensive pants; and of course they do not take responsibility. The service has deteriorated since the new owner took over. The clothes come back wrinkled as they put too many pieces in one bag thus saving money on hangers and bags. They now charge a higher price and they charge an extra fee to use a credit card. I will go to Zips instead.

They pretty much do a good job however the belts for dry cleaning was a bit much. They have sensed lower the price on cleaning them. The fee should be a minimum of fifty cents or no more than a dollar.

I have been bringing my clothes here for years. Great service! The staff remembers my name and are always friendly. One time I couldn't find a shirt and the owner went with me through videos of when I picked it up and I was satisfied. For the price, this is a great place.

At some point you have to write a review because it’s the right thing to do for others. 1 Star is at least required, so here it is.
I used this Cleaners because of the cheap prices, but the inconsistency in quality, damaged shirt buttons, incomplete pressing of pants, and now all four buttons missing from one jacket sleeve,….it’s just too much. The lady at the front desk (Silvia), with consistent very poor customer service skills, told me I cause too much trouble. I presume it’s because I asked for a quality product, and they’ve had to redo items several times. This time it’s the Jacket. I knew there was a problem when I walked in and they told me that I had “dropped the jacket off without any buttons on the left sleeve”….silence. Next they said they could not find the 4 buttons in the machine, then the manager (said his name was George) told me they were only buttons and there are “people dying in the world” so it’s not such a big deal.
Clearly the special design of the attractive buttons gives me pause as I think thru what likely happened here. George said they could not replace the 4 buttons so would have replace ALL of the buttons on the jacket. I DID NOT leave the jacket there…
I did ask for George to continue to look for the 4 buttons and to call me on Monday with his solution to the problem they created.
Sometimes you will PAY for the discount you get.

I have been a regular customer for this place for about a year or more. One day, my shirt was messed up by them. I went there to report. The manager (looked like about 50 years old guy with Hispanic or middle eastern accent) said it was not washed there although I even had the sticker there. He was very rude and had no courtesy towards the customer. I have to discontinue going there because of their behavior. Every time I wash my clothes, I pay $30 to $50 bucks. They will lose one loyal customer simply because of his worst attitude.

All I wanted from them is to accept it and redo my cleaning but he went on talking about so many things. Worst customer service ever!
