Thomas one of the guys who works for this company tried scamming me for $1600 for things I didn’t need like a new filter and sand when all i needed was a valve that the pipe broke off too so i called another company Ever-Klear Pool Supply and the owner Mike came down to do the work that was actually need and it wasn’t any more then $500. Ever-Klear even got us set with the proper chemicals. Be careful with this Triple R company!

I first learned about Triple R when I had a home warranty. I was so pleased they finally sent someone who knows what they are doing. From that day on I have only used this company. In the past five or six years I have had them replace my pump and motor, pool heater, a relay, bypass a chlorination device and repair a bad sensor on the pool heater. Plus fix a leak. I recommend them 100%. This business is owned and operated by a local Veteran. Professional work, fair price, and great service.

I called this company to find out if they service pool heaters. The person that answered the phone was very rude and pushy. He ask me to describe what was going on and as I described it he went off on this rant about my job. I have experience with boilers and heaters and how I'm not qualified to do his job. Keep in mind I just described the issues never challenged him or what he had to say. He just wanted me to book an appointment at that moment and I told him I was going to get some other qoutes, I'll get back to him. What's the rush? I think that more people need to get checked for mental illnesses. I will not employ this company and I encourage anyone who reads these reviews to follow suit.

Don't trust what they tell you to do. His people take five days to come after our initial call and then his people fix the motor by telling us to ruin our filters just so he can close out the order and get paid from the insurance company. Pool was in bad shape to begin with and we wanted to pay him to fix it. But when we found out what he had done he started getting angry and insinuating violence, so we ended it.

Side note "Tom" let me know that just because he's sixty he still teaches boxing.
