I am on my second three container order and feel that this is an absolutely Great product. I mix with Vital Reds in approximately 12 oz of water very day and can really feel a difference if I miss a day. My cholesterol levels have improved, it seems to help with my digestion, my energy levels are much better and I am losing a little weight at the same time. I've been taking Primal Plants and Vital Reds for a few weeks. I've been having increased energy and feeling great. A couple of days I felt a little nauseous, but my guess is it was from detoxing by using these products. Definitely drink these after eating. After suffering for years with IBS, my intestines are feeling less bloated and things aren't rushing through my system as quickly. I'm very happy with these products.

I just started using Primal Plants two weeks ago, which I mix with my cold Green Tea every morning and so far I really enjoy the extra boost I feel in the mornings! I have noticed that I feel a little calmer and not so rushed at work after having my drink and to be honest my focus is much better just in the short time I have been using this product. Time will tell but so far so good!

I noticed when I took both the vital reds and the primal plants at the same time of day, I got lots of energy and I seemed more focused. Better alertness and energy than my morning coffee, which I am now weaning off of. I will say that I tried mixing primal plants with water, juices, and even Gatorade, it still tastes disgusting. But knowing the health benefits I suck it up and drink it anyways.

I could feel the effects of Primal Plants immediately (30-40mins) of first taking it. I can feel it clearing out my system and notice more flatulation and defecation at first (1-2 weeks). I just recently started using Dr. Gundry's products and I have already have noticed a difference after just 2 weeks. I drink the green in the morning and red in the afternoon. I have noticed that I no longer have the mid afternoon drained feeling and desire to nap. I am able to function at 100% all through the day and into the evening. The flavor is the best out of any herbal or protein supplement I have ever tried. I mix mine with a little Naked Juice and it is delicious. This morning I mixed it with a little lemonade and it was equally as good. I have tried it with just water but prefer a flavored juice. On impulse I purchased 6 jars in my initial order and I am so happy with it I gave one to each of my daughter-in-laws to try. I might have created new customers for your product. I am excited to discover the long-term results.
