Fraud Seller

Ordered a Graphics card, RAM, SSD and what I received a mobile phone and earphone. Returned after 2 weeks now denying refund stating that Order was delivered correctly. I lost 20k

? Fraud Seller and Amazon is supporting them.

Those who are reading this review, avoid this seller at any cost.

Fraud and a scamster. Received wrong cheap graphics card instead of the one I ordered. The outer box was correct. Realized later. Tried contacting amazon but they say the return window is closed and can't return.
Edit: No this is not an issue on the part of delivery. Please check all the other reviews and try to address the actual problem for once. This is a scam company which manipulates the packages.

I'm also one of the victims of "Appario Retail Private Limited". I placed an order for HP M27fwa LED Monitor on 7th August and got its delivery on 16th August. But I think I received either a demo product or a refurbished one, as the box looks dirty and torn. The monitor was manufactured in September 2023 that made me lose one-year warranty on the product. When I opened the box, they didn't even provide with the VGA cable. When I switched on the monitor, I found dead pixels on most part of the monitor and even the backlight bleed can be seen. To follow the procedure, I requested a replacement through Amazon and I get this message every time "Replacement is not possible as it is out of stock." How am I responsible for their out-of-stock issue. When I tried to contact Appario through the toll-free number provided on Amazon website, it doesn't work at all. One of my friends suggested taking legal action against them.
As the last resort, I am writing them through this review. Let's see how do they respond?

Had ordered Dell wireless keyboard and mouse, the product stopped working in just 1 year and it was under 3years warranty but the Amazon team told return/replace window is closed and cannot help on this issue. For the same product if bought offline we get proper warranty and get a replacement if anything goes wrong within 3 years. It's all scam and never buy such items via Amazon and never ever from this worst dealer.

Dont buy any expensive items like laptop from this seller. Firstly i was given incorrect product. Then the invoice does not have the serial number of the hardware. If you dont have serial number on invoice you can face issues with extended warranties etc. laptop company like lenovo hp will deny additional warranties.

I tried to reach to amazon support over calls several times and they are the most useless ppl ever. They kept looping me and the call kept disconnecting. So did not get any resolution from them. In the end one support person said they cannot edit the invoice. Nothing can be done. Which is wrong. Its a scam by Appario and Amazon.

I have filed a complaint in the consumer helpline court

Ordered Logitech Lift mouse from amazon and i received it after 20 days of wait.

1. First impression, the packing was pathetic. Just the mouse box with a slip pasted on the top.
2. The mouse looked good but when you see the bottom it looked slightly used and i was fed up
3. Started to use and found out in couple of hours, the left click isn't working. Huh.. Tried all the ways its the same.

Asked for replace as i got it in a deal which is now 1500 rupees extra, the policy said no replacement available with the seller. Gave it to service center now.

Bad experience.

Hi, I just called your customer support. I waited for 5 minutes, but no one picked up. To my despair, I have purchased a Xiomi 360 CCTV camera for the second time within three months, but it has not worked. The first time, it worked for at least 15 months. Now, the second one has a warranty, so please exchange it with the new product. I called Amazon and they wanted me to deal this with you guys. How can I contact you?
