"If you're passing through New Haven and haven't experienced the specialty at this joint, you're seriously missing out."

This place is home to what many consider the Holy Grail of steak and cheese in the area. The "Steak and Cheese a la plancha" isn't your average hoagie.

The crew here is top-notch. It's refreshing to see a place where women are not just running the show but absolutely owning it.

Kudos to the team for keeping the standards high and the vibes even higher.

I really do love how they make the steak and cheese. It’s delicious. Unfortunately the sandwich is much smaller than it used to be, for a sub for almost $10 is pretty crazy.

Use to be the spot for a good steak and cheese. NOT ANYMORE!!! Sandwichs are now so small and with barely any meat in them. I paid 7.00 for a steak and cheese on a hard roll and there was only meat on half of my
sandwich. Will not be going back and it's sad because they use to be really good.

Excellent Food! I only eat seafood! Tuna and cheese hard roll was great! I have had tuna sandwiches and subs from many places but they were by far one of the best! Fast and pleasant service! I will return!

Stop selling small sanwiches with the ends cut off cutting most of the bread off with little topping that a baby can eat for 10.00 , THEY ALSO CHARGE FOR ANYTHING EXTRA and the fact that this same store got fined many times they dont learn ! EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO MARKETA DOWN TOWN! THEY TAKE THE CARD TOO , THEY GIVE HUGE SUBS U CAN ASK FOR EVERYTHING ON IT AND NO EXTRA CHARGE !
