The store is a decent size and they have a good selection of items and accessories. Shelly was amazing and she stayed with me from beginning to end of my purchase and helped me get the perfect cooler. They have an open box section which is basically returns or scratch and dent items. But they have good deals on those. First responders and military get a discount also just a heads up. I ended up getting an open box 52qt ultra light cooler in the color I wanted too. The coolers that are open box DO NOT have a warranty and are final sale, just for your information. Shelly gets 5 stars as well as the company itself. All they need to do now is open a store in the woodlands and I’d be set.

The retail store is impeccable and always has friendly staff. It is clean and you will find a deal or two. My review is based on the new 16oz cups. Do not buy these! They will not hold hot or cold drinks like they used to. I’m only speaking for this specific item. Rtic I hope you see this and bring back the quality of them. When you pour a hot item, the outside of the cup is also hot. It’s a bit of a hazard if you ask me. Love you guys but please improve this issue.

After doing a very deep and diligent search for a ice chest/cooler that met my needs, I think I'll be very content with my purchase for the next 10 or 20 years. I don't take it lightly when I lose power and have to throw away everything in the fridge. As someone who lives in an upstairs condo and doesn't hunt or fish, this purchase was more about saving food and drinks if a hurricane or similar knocks my electricity out for a week like what happened in 2020. A generator isn't an option so this is the next best cost-efficient option. I wasn't going to sell my soul to Yeti nor for an Orca. I did consider Casegator as well. My needs differ from your traditional cooler user. Thanks RTIC for the business, freebies and overnight shipping!!

Super cool store! Plenty of selection and really great prices compared to competitors that sell similar products. I’m grateful this store is open and it’s fun to support a local company.

The employees were mainly chatting with each other, a few were doing inventory, but no employee spoke to me until I went to check out. I found that a bit odd since I walked past about 5 employees while I was browsing the merchandise. Not a bad experience but thought it could have been improved.

Would definitely recommend stopping here for all your outdoor gear!

Wow! What a cool store! Didn’t expect this place to be so massive and well put together. Employees were beyond helpful and went to the back to look for a specific dinosaur cup that my son had to have. Made his day. Great prices and insane selection. Stopped in from out of state and glad I did!

This is a well stocked factory store that has a wide selection of every type of insulated cooler, mug, bottle, cup, bowl and accessories that you can think of. They even have stainless steel insulated plates.

I didn’t know what to expect going into the store but I realized that the quality and selection at the store fat exceeded the expectations I had.

I laser engrave flag cases for fallen veterans and occasionally I’m asked to engrave tumblers. I’ve never been to an RTIC facility before, but I needed some last minute gifts for some fellow Veterans and a Marine buddy took me to the one in Houston. Gorgeous facility with plenty of color choices and item options. I was so excited, I bought more than I intended and they all engraved beautifully! Kudos, RTIC! You made this sailor very happy!
