Very good store, wide range of products make up, perfume, aftershave, baby products, and everyday essentials medical wise. Very hardly that it has a chemist inside and they're really good with advise within the pharmacy. Staff are always very helpful and polite. Highly recommend this store.

Bad news no pharmacist. However excellent customer service from the manager at the pharmacy, Catherine?
She was very clear and sympathetic dealing with disappointed customers. She went out of her way to arrange an appointment at another Boots store . Very good customer care.

To the women in a dark blue top today you genuinely have lost not just sales today but service forever 3 new scents of deodorant have come out so like any human i sprayed a little bit of the first two to smell them to see which one to buy she comes over to me in a rush saying dont do that there not testers and your not going to buy them how dare you assume that my partner decided not to buy the makeup products due to how awful you was to myself it was around 4pm this occurred this staff member really needs a reality check as im sure outside of work she does the same

Excellent service, the pharmacy staff are the best for miles around, extremely pleasant and helpful. Always answer the phone too! If i have a query they are my go to pharmacy even though I have a more local store - not quite as helpful. The sales staff are all friendly, polite and professional too at Knaresborough Retail Park. One of the best Boots stores ever.

Friendly and professional staff, nice spacious layout.

Always so much better to drive a bit out of town than waiting an hour in a queue, often to discover that what you need isn’t even available ☹️!

There is a Winter Flu vaccination clinic on the shop floor - it's in the far left hand corner. I had an appointment, but they are currently allowing walk-ins. Maybe check before you go.

My vaccination was done skillfully and professionally.

What a good experience.
The lady at the checkout not only went out of her way to find me the medication that I was looking for even offering to run upstairs !!! but also pointed out a massive saving on my vouchers that I had n't noticed.

Tried to speak to pharmacy on the phone but nobody picked up and then informed nobody available. Rang again and tried general enquiries. Same thing again. Low levels of customer service in this country are frightening.
