Nice people, which gets them an extra star, but I wouldn’t come here for service.

Sent my kid’s bike down and paid for a full tune up and some part replacements. Brake cable run short, they broke multiple proprietary clips and used zip ties on some (not all), didn’t reface the discs as charged for, handlebars crooked, seat crooked, etc. Wife had to remind them they charged us for new pedals on pickup that hadn’t been installed.

Overall the kind of experience that makes a visit your last.

*** While I appreciate the owner response saying it was a “rust bucket”, and that “obviously the clips were already missing”, i respectfully disagree.

DO NOT buy here! We bought a new electric bike here after moving to Santa Monica in Feb of this year. The bike was ok for a few weeks but suddenly began to lose charge quickly. Also the back tire went flat. It was damaged in an attempted theft so we took it for minor repairs. They charged us over $130 for tightening a few bolts. The bike was stolen after this so we went again for a new replacement in August. The new bike has been worse than the first one. The seat came loose while riding the day it was bought due to horrible quality and poor assembly by the shop. They quote 75.00 just to look at it. They ripped us off over 2k for both 20 inch bikes you can buy on Amazon for 400 each. Their custom service is horrible. They are rude to customers unless you are buying a 1k overpriced bike. Being there several times I saw the old man that owns it ignoring customers and scolding his son. This guy should not be selling anything. So unprofessional. Let’s put this piece of junk shop out of business! I would give 0 stars if I could. My true score for this shop is 0/10. Fooled me once and twice but never again. STAY AWAY if you like your money and like dealing with people who know about bikes and are professional and nice. This place is none of those.

AMAZING!! Drew the owner and Chris who worked on my bike provided the most stellar customer service. 7 stars. I highly recommend. The store was buzzing with customers and they made sure to take care of each person's needs no matter what. Also Shoops a few doors down is a great spot for bites and coffee etc.

I read the reviews prior to going here. I went here because the shop was a Lectric service partner. I did not receive service because they didn't have the tools/machinery to fix my bike, but I am thankful to the owner for recommending me to another shop that could fix my issue. (Bike was fixed.) I appreciate the owner's help.

We are Freego, the supplier of this store. Last year, he bought 11 electric bicycles from our company, with a value of 8680 USD. We agreed to pay for the goods when they were sold out, but he only paid us 500 USD. When we went to the store to ask for money，Andrew will excuse themselves and say they don’t have the money, but they will pay us later. But we received nothing after more than 1year. Where did the money from selling our bikes go?
I would like to ask if you are willing to purchase from a shop like this that has no integrity and defrauds suppliers of money and goods? I'm sorry to let everyone know the real side of this store!
I guarantee the authenticity of the above events and am willing to provide purchase-related invoices and delivery vouchers.

Took my bike in because the brakes were squeaking. Picked it up, and the problem was still there. Brought it back for a second round, and even after $75 and more time wasted, the brakes still squeak. Super frustrating. Doesn’t feel like they know what they’re doing.
