My GF and her daughters and I went here after seeing and movie at Regal Theatre . Been wanting a pair of Nike Dunks Black and White Panda sneakers and everyone else was $85.09-$115.00 on shoe sites online for months. The girls found these Dunks and she knew I wanted this color. She came over to show me and told me . She bought same pair also. The two guys everyone cries about here on 1star reviews,were immediately helpful when I walked in and up to counter. They immediately went and got my size 11s and I tried on and it was a sale. Were$109.99 but on sale for $54.99 ($59.74 after tax) so I save $55.00 off for sale and they were perfect and they aren’t fakes. Thank you Sole St Shoes and I will be back to find more shoes. Great experience!!!

This store takes itself way to serious trying to uphold an image. Too busy trying to be cool instead of work and provide customer service. I've been shopping 16th St. Mall since I was 15 years old, been buying Nikes and Jordans probably around the same time. Was not impressed by the store at all

I use to love this place but now the customer service sucks they don’t know nothing bout drops or shoes you guys got rid of the 2 guys that made it a great shoe store to shop at im pretty sure the sales are down. Yea that’s bcuz you got rid of the black guys that knew how to please the public your going to continue to lose customers an good business check in with management might need a new starting five in there except the kid with the braids he’s cool but he seems silenced really not a good look for you guys

Decent shoe selection and sports gear attire. Horrible customer service makes you want to take your money elsewhere, which I did. Greeting customers and answering questions are just the basics guys.

FAKE SHOES WATCH OUT!!!
Horrible customer service had to ask for help and I was looking at many pairs asking his opinion and he led to a pair he said we're new which I bought.

Come to find out they're fake. so I call about it and they proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it don't shop there, started laughing and hung up.
