We are Bluegreen owners. Stayed from Monday to Monday. All was great until Saturday when rules changed. No longer allowed to take beverages into pool area and Cabanas had to be rented. All week we enjoyed the pool area with our own cooler of beverages and no charge for a Cabana!!! Everyone must use valet parking which cost $210 for the week PLUS tips. Everything requires tipping someone!! Very disappointed!

Rooms are nice. There's no mini fridge in the suite we stayed in that was on the 10th floor. For some reason the elevators are also kind of loud and make strange noises when they stop. The resort itself is nice. The pool is nice and the gym is really nice. The views are also very nice. Side note at night there's not much street lamps so it can get very dark. Overall a good place to stay.

1st of all this place is gorgeous! Super convenient location to all the restaurants and shops! My partner and I had a really great time. George's Keep is a cute hidden gem great for drinks and live music open until 2am. Sustenio restaurant accommodated my vegan partner very well, the chef is immaculate. Bravo to the hotel staff for being so accomadating and friendly.

Beautiful hotel! We loved staying here and using the spa. We didn’t know that to keep our car there we’d be charged $39 a night, because valet service is mandatory and there is no self-parking. Definitely do your research before staying here.

The spa is amazing! Very helpful and friendly staff! I spa day for my friend’s birthday and it was perfect! Devan was incredible and helped make the day so special! We had the 80 minute hot stone massage and facial and it was so relaxing! I will definitely be back!

Service is GARBAGE for a luxury hotel. You are far better served going to Resorts at La Cantera.

1. No free parking. The complex is massive but you are REQUIRED to do overnight valet that is $40+

2. Website & phone say room service is an option. Nope can't do it. Front desk said you can call down to order and pick up food. Called and no one answered after multiple attempts.

I recently stayed for one night, and I'm relieved that's all it was. From the start, I was hit with a $34 daily valet parking fee, followed by a $34 resort and spa fee. So, before you even settle in, you're looking at an extra $68 tacked onto your quoted rate.

Things only went downhill from there. The room I was given hadn't even been cleaned. The so-called "business center" was a joke—just two desks set up in a wide hallway with a couple of power strips underneath. To top it off, the AC in my room barely worked, blowing only a weak, lukewarm stream of air.

I've attached a photo of the huge, empty parking lot, which just sat there unused. I'm glad my stay was only one night because if I had booked a longer vacation, I would have been even more disappointed.

Location location location! We’re in the middle of everything. Close to restaurants close to bars close to the shops. They have an amazing spa indoor pool & outdoor pool. The views were absolutely stunning and we truly couldn’t have imagined a better time. Thank you to the hotel staff that were so helpful and informative. Don’t debate this place, just book it!! And get ready for unforgettable experience!!
