Store is well laid out and staff helpful. Disappointed that lift was blocked off. People with disabilities cannot manage the stairs. Also where would you leave your trolley as it can't go with you.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
No one to answer calls to let them know my problem with the goods once I got home. Tried to change and they wouldn’t believe me the seal was broken
I wouldn’t have travelled all that distance to exchange the item if the seal wasn’t broken when I got home. They said they wouldn’t sell me the item with a broken seal. That’s NOT TRUE cos they DID !!!!
B and M u have lost yourself a lifelong customer. Will not set foot back in ur stores EVER !!!
I kNow it’s pennies but I have spent thousands at ur stores. Well never again

Everywhere nearby ran out of Lego Series 26 minikits... except B&M which had everything I needed to complete the collection.

Good range of Lego with some great bargains to be had on them.

I came for Lego and left with Lego and biscuits if that is what you want to hear.
