What an absolutely shocking place to shop. All of the staff look like they want to murder you on the shop floor. 0 customer service and a major lack of product choice and bargains. If you don't want to be there get another job. Disgrace

Medium sized Asda. Next door to Poundland, B&M and an Iceland, so that's really handy. Don't defecate in the vegetable aisle, or they won't let you back in! 5 stars!

AZDA is one of the leading grocery supermarket chain in uk. Neat and clean area with self checkout stations. Verity of products with affordable price. Enough parking space

OK for a small occasional shop but poor selection of food overall. Fresh fruit and veg choice is very minimal comparing to Tesco or Aldi and essentials are often missing. For such a big shop there is low variety of other items as well- for example half of the aisle is full of one item stacked repeatedly - like baked beans. Poor selection of world food comparing to other Asda stores as well.

It's a decent size supermarket you can usually get what you need but I can't give more than 3 stars because as of the date of this review they have no customer toilets at all (they used to when I used to live nearby at the back of the store). This means that individuals with health problems or small children that may need to get to a toilet quickly have to walk out of store and down two stores to B&M

I used the self-scanning today and it happened to have a glitch in the system so several items came up "unscanned", but after a full check the end payment turned out to be exactly the same as it was for me when I was checking out. The customer service lady was really kind and said it's quite common (that's the only reason I even gave stars), but the manager? was dismissive, turned her back on me when I tried to talk to her and snapped at me when I asked her what was wrong, as I could hear her talking about me. It's a humiliating experience in the first place but when somebody treats you like a thief, that makes you think twice to ever set foot in that shop again. Highly unprofessional.

This is not my favourite supermarket brand, but as branches of Asda go, this one has friendly staff, is usually well stocked and is clean and tidy.
