I paid for 2 breakfasts and coffee at 12.30pm. 40 minutes later we were about to leave but the Breakfasts finally arrived with no apology for the waiting time. Foowas OK but sausage and beans weren't hot enough.
Not very happy and probably not return.
Ps. Hot Panini, chips and better coffee in ASDA is cheaper and takes 10 mins with apology for the wait.

Liked a jacket in our local store could not get my size. My husband went to Springburn Glasgow store again my size not on shop floor so my husband asked an assistant who checked and said a delivery had just came in and she would go check, it was in so she kindly registered it as stock so he could purchase it. Also advised to sign up for a Tesco point card which he did and saved money on our purchases. He should have got her name, as this kind of service is extremely rare in todays retail market. Thank you who ever you are.

Purchased an outfit for my granddaughter that unfortunately had to be returned, and discovered the security tag was still on the item! Thankfully I used my clubcard which proved it had been paid for. Will be paying attention next time.

No water for dogs, or at least I didn't find a bowl anywhere like in other stores

The one way system to come in and out is annoying. If you go to the cafe, customer service desk, foreign exchange, toilet or lottery counter you need to walk all down to and through self service to get back out. Surely there is a better system that can be implemented?

One of the biggest Tesco in town, a big parking space, very clean and must visit for shopping if you are around

I was in the store this morning as usual to pick up Newspapers, flowers and 8 x milk, when I was at the check out aq staff member came from behind did not say excuse me just "you are not allowed that only 6 x items", I thought she was joking as there is not notices anywhere to say this, I then said no problem I will go to Morrisons, or Asda, which I did and got everything I required including the 8 x cartons of milk no problems. The milk was for my residents in a care home Stobhill. I really do not think that this was a very customer friendly interaction at all and will now have to think twice about shopping in this store.

Can’t beat a cheeky Tesco meal deal

Pity they charge more if you don’t have a Clubcard but moot point given I have one, just not a very nice practice

Can’t fault the meal deal though. Know exactly what your getting for a decent £3.40
