Fantastic Service!!

I wanted a particular bike and could not find one in my local store so ordered it over 100miles away and my neighbour kindly agreed to collect this for me. The manager from the Dumfries store promptly called me and suggested I speak to the Perth branch to see if they could have it delivered. I did this and I spoke with Angus who is one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered! He did all of the above at an already busy time of year and had it ready to collect as promised. Thank you Angus and thank you Halfords! Fantastic bike and service

I arrived on time for my 1130hrs appointment. Sadly not seen right away due to other customers all turning up at a similar time, this was what I was told by the young lady at the desk.
I took this as a positive due to the amount of customers relying on the service from Halfords.
It could have been managed better by making the other customers wait until it was there turn to be seen and this would have saved me being delayed.
My vehicle was eventually seen to and my winter service was done very professionally by George Black, he knew exactly what he was doing and passed on a few good tips while carrying out the service. He had a great knowledge of old vehicles and the modern technology of today’s vehicles. His cheerful attitude and enthusiasm was credit to the Halfords Store he was employed by.

I used Halfords in Perth to get new number plates for my car.
The young girl who served me and made the number plates was excellent. Great customer service. Happy to chat and tell me what I required.
She made boring shopping for number plates more enjoyable.
It was great to meet a young person happy at work and go that extra mile to help.

Gentleman called David in Halfords, Perth, Scotland did a 5 point check on my motor, he advised amazing products also and was so professional, friendly and helpful. The whole team are great in that Halfords 5* ?

Needed a new headlight bulb and dropped in to see if Halfords had one. David sourced and fitted the bulb in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. FIRST CLASS SERVICE - efficient, friendly, courteous. Great job!

Ordered a couple of items ( almost £100 worth ) online for Collection in store. Message on Monday to say items ready for collection.Went to store on Tuesday afternoon and waited around 10 minutes for staff to locate one of the items. When I mentioned there should be a 2nd item , the member of staff hadn’t even noticed it on the computer. He went to look for the item and couldn’t find it. Called another staff member to look through the back of the store, again no sign of it. After around another 10 minutes hunting they decided someone had possibly sold on my order. They offered to have one sent from another store for me to collect next day. I made it clear that I needed the item there and then and was not prepared to make another 32mile round trip next day just for that and that I had other things on anyway They tried calling another 2 stores without any answer. Whilst all this was going on a queue was forming as there appeared to be only 1 other staff member serving customers. Eventual outcome was I asked for the item to be sent to the Dundee store for me to collect on Thursday. II also asked for a discount for the hassle to which I didn’t get much of a reply. Half an hour after leaving the store I had a missed call ( I was on my motorbike heading home). Message was left saying the item was available for pick up in Dundee on Thursday.
Absolute shambles of an experience and totally unacceptable for Click and Collect. Usual this store is very good but this has been the worst experience of C and C I have had from any store or company.

George was a legend today, super knowledgable and answered all my (silly) questions. The bars and roof box look amazing and would recommend everyone to pay to have them installed at Perth Halfords.
