Eir is great in terms of speed, we had some confusions with the bill which need to be sorted out but overall it was alright. It’s a good offer and really good internet quality with no disturbance. Jash was the representative in store who helped us through the whole process and provided details about the Internet connections. He made things very easy for us and we had the Wi-Fi working in just two days (temporary device given initially in store)

Went into Eir Grafton Street as my phone signal was weak and kept dropping. Lewis was great and had the problem fixed in seconds. I’d been to Eir Liffey Valley and rang customer service but neither could provide any solution to the problem.

No custom service.

It took me 2 visits to the store to get my bill account into a pre pay account before they stopped double charging. I asked how to get the double charge back, they said the money is logged as credit in my old account which is now locked (by them).

To get the money back I'm supposed to file a reimbursement form. I ask where/ how? They told me to go to Grafton store. I return to the store a 3rd time and am told I have to fill in a form online. I ask which form they tell me to Google it, that they have retail training not custom support training. They sell a service they can't add won't support. Avoid.

I've been waiting for a week for the support engineer to come and fix my broadband and no one comes. Everytime I ring them, they rebook me again for another day... but there's always some excuse the day they're suppose to come to fix the broadband. Since the day my cool off period ended the customer and support service has been a awful, I'm still waiting for someone to come and fix the broadband... This is a really incompetent company.

We went into Eir Grafton Street to get a SIM card as we have just moved to Ireland. Leila went out of her way to help us not only with the SIM card, but gave us a lot of local tips of places to eat and things to do. An absolute delight to deal with and an asset to the company!
