I guess this is what the zinger burger looks like now… £9 for this meal?

Some cutbacks from KFC?

Staff were nice but also thought it was fine.

Also slime grease on the floor doesn’t speak for the cleanliness of the joint

First time to try KFC, Ordered 1 Dipping bone less feast, which was too salty and tasteless. The drink offered was not at all cold and fizzy. Not at all clean even it was not very busy and there were plenty staffs.

Every surface coated in grease. Could skate on the floor grease. Staff demotivated, uninterested, unfriendly. No wonder the place is empty. Front door does not work. Didn't stay to buy anything due to hygene ... place is filthy... staff lazy plain to see. nightmare. AAAND
No price boards? And the place has been filthy for years. It's a midden. God knows what contaminates linger in that grease infested floor.. give u the boak... puke

There is no sense of urgency. From the kitchen staff to those working behind the counter. Everyone seems to be working in a daze. Took over 20min for my order to be made in a practical empty shop. There is just no drive to get any work done!

Chicken was soft and rubber like. Clearly cooked hours in advance and left under a heater

When I visited this store I found the staff friendly and polite. It’s KFC so we all know what you are going to get.

The only thing was we were the only people in the restaurant and we needed to wait for around 10 mins for the food to be made. It may be that it was made fresh but it was not as fast as we expected.

Also the girl behind the counter although very friendly and nice did slur and mumble and I needed as her a few times to repeat her words!

I don’t know where to start with this but was totally appalled by the dirtiness the atmosphere the service this has Gotta be the worst place I’ve ever ever been to for a Kentucky it started with ordering my food there was rubbish all over the counter bags really bad all round on receiving my food the standard was appalling. The food looked burnt overcooked the chips didn’t even make up a right potion, on sitting down, I couldn’t find a table that didn’t have food bags over it. The floor was covered in pieces of chips chicken discarded. I really can’t believe how this business can run and then to capital there was a loud drum and bass mix going on in the background, which wasn’t pleasant at all and the guys in the kitchen were screaming and jumping around like they were out on a rave!!! I feel that the health people should be here closing this place down because it cannot meet any kind of standard whatsoever.

Ordered a food for table service from a machine. I asked the staff about the table locater and she told me they will bring to my table since there was none table locator.
After a while one guy brought my order just on the box and drink with no tray no tissue nothing, never experienced like this before.

I also requested for the receipt since the self ording machine had jammed. No one seemed to bother to find and print out my receipt. I asked for the manager but he also had no clue to print my order receipt.

They hand written the receipt later after I keep asking for it.

Very bad experience and extremley under qualified staff member at this branch.
