Great spot with parking outside. Some deals to be had in the store.

The staff are a shambles. They are rude and uninterested in their customers. Stock is left lying around randomly as if it’s a bit hard to bother shelving it properly, ladders left across fire exits. There’s a fun mini game of finding a path that isn’t blocked by cages/ladders or stock with a trolley.
Also frustrating they don’t barcode or price label garden stuff leading to delays at the tills.
Till organisation is pretty poor with a just in time request for staff to attend tills.

Come on, you guys can do better!

The Range is great but customer service is poor and the till service is poor. There is never enough staff at tills and every Range shop insists on serving at the customer service point instead of the actual tills which is impractical if you have a full trolley of stuff.

An absolute shambles of a place, completely messy everywhere and several aisles were way too small and cramped. The goods on offer were at semi-ok prices, however it appeared that the quality itself was lacking quite extensively. From the photos I've taken, the building appears to be going through some sort of restructuring (possibly due to buying out the next door areas and expanding the original store) and so stock was just left out everywhere with some aisles missing stock-on-shelves and pallets causing trip hazards. I've spoken with some of the staff and they've confirmed that the store is going through a redesign, but they aren't closing to do it and are instead opting for "night staff" to do it. In addition, the warehouse hasn't received any upgrade in size causing more stock to be left laying around. Lastly, there was a lot of trash and litter laying around on the floor ranging from bits of cardboard to tags and wrappers.

Overall, not a very visit-friendly place right now with trip hazards and low morale staff members, especially with constant changes all happening at once. Avoid and choose one of the other nearby stores instead for better quality and prices.

Haven't been in here for a while but like the other reviewer mentioned very rude staff. I am disabled and forgot my bag ,Apparently picking up a bag and paying for it on the way out is "Against the store policy" I was told from the middle aged delightful woman on the checkout when I entered the shop,Really bad attitude,I took the bag anyway as she was clearly on a power trip. I did discard the bag as I only bought 1 item and will not be spending anymore .All the other staff have allways been really good in my opinion as I used to go in regularly,Shame about this new one member.

Do not waste your time using click and collect. It says same day click and collect however they don't actually receive your order email and proceed to take days to sort it out. Shower of Sh!te. Online chat is useless.

I wish they would empty all there boxes from the shop floor onto shelves or put them back in the store room. The pricing is terrible.

Not the nicest of shops very disorganised and really strange layout. Not as nice as other Range stores
