They need bigger bins as they over fill and seagulls, rats and other animals start feasting! The paving needs to all be checked and relayed. Why are paving slabs sticking up a good couple of inches making them trip hazards?

Has A gym, Nandos, McDonald's & Toy centres and others.. Affordable Prices and fun leisure centre to go. Out of 10 , 8.9/10

Some good shops! But don’t get caught out by the parking directly outside Nandos! For some reason, it’s only a 30min max stay, which doesn’t cater for someone wishing to sit down in a restaurant and eat lunch or dinner!

Great new retail park, plenty of parking available. Be careful when parking near costa and nandos as there is a small area with 30min parking limit if you overstay they will send you a ticket.

Went there before Christmas got a parking fine that was sent to my old address rang today as got my post redirected told them I didn't see sign and I'm disabled so had to park close to restaurant had to pay £170 pound not to happy ........

Car park is locked at night which get in the way of using a 24hour gym membership now and then

The construction is going on. People and travellers using A30 Winchester Road have suffered a lot while the construction near the roadside. I am pretty sure it will do good as it has some crowd alluring aspects like Aldi, Nandos, Costa and Oak furnitureland, Wren Kitchens plus Tapi carpet and floors.

Few things to keep in mind, I will contribute in economic prospect of Basingstoke as a Town and bring hundreds of jobs. It surely will provide customers choice and alternatives too. People are excited to see Nandos and Costa here. Besides that superstores, grocery, furniture and kitchen stores will be competing with one another for good of customers.

As it encompasses 166,000 sq feet of area with state of art design, there will be some more exciting store to come.

(Just given 4 stars which can be changed after it comes in operation.:-))

What an absolute tip. Every week, every waste bin is overflowing and spilling contents all over the ground. Absolutely disgusting, dirty and antisocial.
