I have just had my windows and door replaced with R&R services and can highly recommend them.
The office staff are amazing and can't do enough for you.
Sal is friendly and doesn't put any pressure on you and he is also very helpful and trying to accommodate what you want.
Rob needs a medal for putting up with me ?
The fitters are lovely too and very friendly and they tidy up after themselves and will go the extra mile.
Honestly i wouldn't go anywhere else if I need any working doing in the future.

We've used R&R for a few different jobs around our house, and cannot recommend them enough! They've done a great job on everything.

They fitted a new garage door for us, which was done extremely quickly and professionally.

We also had a large dining room renovation, and they came up with plans, were receptive to feedback and got the work done really quickly. Their contractors were also extremely friendly and professional, and were meticulous with cleaning. During the job we ran into an unexpected problem with a hidden fireplace behind a false wall, and they worked around this with no problems.

Sal in particular is extremely friendly, and makes you feel at ease about the entire process. He was so quick to get back to us and was very receptive to feedback.

We look forward to using R&R again in the future.

New front door installed by R&R, the two installers have done a really good job, they were courteous and tidy and couldn't be happier with the installation. The price was competitive and the turnaround time was better than expected.

Absolutely awful service. They demanded money on fit of our front door…Fair enough…. So I paid it but informed them right away that there’s a scratch on the handle. It took them approx 9 months to get this sorted. I have since emailed about peeling of the door frame which they have dove nothing about. I also explained that the handle fitted was not safe as my 2 year old can open it and get out onto main rd. It’s been another 6 months and nothing has been done. I tried to complain to manager but she was not interested. My door does not feel safe. It moves when we close the door. The most shocking experience Iv ever had.

Really pleased with the service we received from the Team at R&R. They arrived on time for the quote appointment and also on the day of installation. Confirmation of fitting day and time was sent well in advance. When we placed the order we were advised that there was a 4 week delivery time and they contacted us to keep us updated on the progress. The sales team listened to what we requested and quoted accordingly. The lads that fitted the door did a great job, they managed not to damage the internal wall plaster or skirting board. The external trim finish against the brick work was very professionally finished and they cleared and tidied up after themselves.
