I think Dr. Contreras is a very good dentist. Who doesn't experience some type of pain at the dentist? It took me years to find a decent dentist that I could trust after seeing a very incompetent dentist that charged me $9K for unauthorized dental work! My mouth was a mess and teeth were falling apart. Dr. Contreras had his work cut out. Had to treat my abscesses and then pull teeth. I finally got my partials. I was pretty happy until I wasn't. ? I now have to get more teeth pulled and fillings and probably another set of partials.? I say, pull them all! I really love the ladies at the office. They sometimes have to put up with a lot of not so nice people. (My observation) I'm a patient until they no longer take my insurance. Love to the entire staff, oh yeah-you also Dr. Contreras.? See youse soon! I gave 4 stars to take off for my wallet. ?

I used to be embarrassed to open my mouth when Doctors would ask me to open my mouth. Dr Contreras is fixing that for me. I am so grateful. The extractions were pain free, in addition so were the cleanings and the fillings. He was quick to refer me to get a root canal. This is my first time getting dental care. He accepted my insurance plan.The office staff schedule my appointments quickly and I don't have to wait months to be seen. Dr Contreras and all of his staff listens to my concerns and puts what is best for me first. Thank you for caring for me

The worst dentist EVER! Every filling he put in has fallen out. He made a partial in that didn’t fit, couldn’t talk properly due to fit…. I have several root tips that he left in when pulling teeth. Went to a new dentist and her exact words was “terrible work”…. After 8 years with this dentist now I have to have all my teeth pulled and dentures because nothing is salvageable… thanks a lot doc……

I don’t even know where to begin describing how great Dr. Contreras and his staff are. I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth pulled today at 2 at A+ dental Smiles near merchant’s walk, and at 10 AM they called me and cancelled because their dentist resigned. I’ve been in a lot of pain lately and was desperate to find someone who would extract my wisdom teeth same day, I called 5 different dentist offices and was turned away. Dr Contreras team was immediately on the ball and was so accomodating. Once there everyone was so kind and calming, and Dr contrearas was very gentle during my extraction. I didn’t even feel a thing! Not only that, but they charged me a quarter of what i would’ve paid at the other dentist! Will be sending all of my friends and loved ones here for all of their dental needs!

I can't even tell you about how this dentist's actual work is. Which I'm thankful for other reviews. I ended up not going thanks to other terrible reviews. That said my review is in regards to their process. They have 1 phone line. You can't leave voicemails! Literally the system says it is full. Their voicemail says they don't get around to voicemails and not to leave one. This is just terribly unprofessional. I finally got through and told them thanks to reviews and their system I was canceling my emergency broken tooth appointment. Literally I rather wait another 3 days than go here. Take that how you will!

I've been a patient here for about 3 years and have always been happy Until Today ! My top denture broke in half and Dr. Contreras made me a replacement that I'm Very Unhappy with. He put a metal mesh inside the denture and 90% of the mesh is completely exposed. The metal hurts super badly and I was only able to wear it maybe 6 hours before it had the entire roof of my mouth torn and bleeding. Went today to show him why I'm so Unhappy. I was told they will NOT fix this and that I have to find another dentist. Woul Sad because I I really liked it here but Very disappointed. NEVER GET DENTURES MADE HERE !!!

I went to this dentist in May for a cleaning, I had to follow up with 2 cleanings before I could get a partial denture. The partial denture bonding agent was gross! I gagged! When the first fitting happened, it didn't fit. They started making another partial denture without telling me. I left. I went to a dentist out of network to discover I have a cavity that needs filling. I am not impressed with this dentist.
