Dr Mat and his staff made me feel at home. They listened and addressed my concerns. They use a newer hearing test with a method that makes sense. It puts you in control of the sounds you hear, or don't hear. I was amazed to see the results and they explained everything so I know now what is going on with my hearing.

Zero stars if I could. I went in and they were awaiting no problem, but, I could hear the lady very loudly saying my name and that it said $0 co pay. And a back and forth about me. Mind you, I was a new patient and called for appt. When I did, they never ever asked me for anything ins specific. Well here goes the insanity, after I started to fill out my paperwork and listening to her from the distance, she calls me and tells me that I am a out of network patient! I asked why make me waste my time? And she said oh you were called friday and they left a message. I answered, that it was not true. Then she responded, well if you wanna be seen it would be $170.. I was shocked. Here is the thing, and I know it was all kind of made up, they called me friday, but no message, I called back on friday and asked, she said that was to confirm appt. Caught in a lie, another catch? I heard you speak loud and concern that it would have been $0, no copay, so conveniently I can't be seen due to out of network. They do not have good intent at heart. So sad, I needed help and waited for this appt. And she was so crude and no emotion like oh well. Needless to say, I left. Back to square one. Think hard before you make an appt with them, chances are you might be deceived as well.

STAY AWAY-- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE STAFF, SCHEDULING ERRORS AND MISINFORMATION ABOUND.
We had an appointment scheduled for this a.m. to see my 7 year old. We arrived exactly 12 minutes late due to traffic. During the drive over, I tried calling several times to make sure she would still be seen. No one would answer the phone, nor did anyone respond to the voicemail I left. When we got here we were told to turn around and go home and the recepotionist was unwilling to even try to ask to fit us in of we waited!

Apparently this DOCTOR who thinks he is a DEITY only cares about his time and money. The office called me yesterday to confirm and at that time I told them it would be difficult for us to make the early appointment but I would do best since there were no other appointment times available. NO point was I informed that being a few minutes late would mean a wasted trip, and believe me, I ASKED-- it is a long drive for us and gas is NOT cheap. ?

First, I'd like to express how wonderful the STAFF is here. Reception, Assistants and Technicians, Allergy, etc... are wonderful. This review has absolutely nothing to do with them.

With that being said, going to see Dr. Mat is one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had at a doctor. Each time I've seen him he's made me feel dismissed, unheard, rejected and rushed. Instead of feeling confident and understood at the end of our appointments, I always felt anxious and more in the dark... Leaving with more questions than I came with. And not getting the opportunity to even ask them before he'd rush out of the room.

One Friday, he was supposed to call me in antibiotics for a potential infection. Apparently he forgot and didn't check his messages the entire weekend, so I couldn't get them until that following Monday. This was completely unacceptable for me, and I ended up switching ENTs after this. I'm glad I did and I will not go back to see Dr. Mat.

I have been going to Dr. Mat for many years with both my kids and he is very knowledgeable! As a parent I love to see a doctor who cares for my children and actually listens to my concerns. I work in the medical field and I know how frustrating it can get but his staff is awesome! They always say hello with a big smile on their face and make my kids and I feel welcomed every single visit!

Dr. Mat is very professional and transparent. He explained all the details about my son's condition and the options to improve his well-being. Staff are respectful and professional, not sure about others' experience, but we had a great one.

Went to Dr.Mat with an ear issue that had been going on for a while, I went to a few other MDs but never had any relief. Dr.Mat listened and put me on a protocol, taking into consideration my not so common adrenal issues, with the understanding that if it did not work I would need surgery. 2 weeks later and the protocol WORKED.Thank you Dr.Mat and staff; they all were very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this group for any ear, nose, throat issues!

I had been to 4 other ENT's before Dr. Matt who seemed more interested in profit over the patient. Dr. Matt was honest, knowledgeable and straight to the point. His staff was very polite and assisted greatly through every step of my experience both before and after surgery. Just had my surgery done but for the first time in almost a year I can breath and do not have any sinus or nasal issues. I am very confident in Dr. Matt and I appreciate his professionalism and consideration towards my concerns and results. I hope that I don't never have to go back again for any nasal issues but I definitely will recommend him to others who may be suffering to allergies and other sinus problems.
