I'll chime in with a positive review of this store, for several reasons. I'm fairly new to Evereve. I was an online shopper, then realized there were stores near me - how nice to shop in person! Evereve will be a go-to for many items: fun + fashionable, well made + reasonably priced. I now have a selection of tops, pants + belts : ) The Totem Lake location is a very nice store. Three visits + I would say that overall this staff + service are very good; only once did I walk in without being greeted or asked if I needed help. Since I know what I want, it didn't really matter, but of course a good customer experience can't be beat.

I spend way too much money at this store. Bought shoes online, didn’t even wear them, took them back to this totem lake store to return and the manager said sorry I can’t return these they have paint on the bottom. Where did the paint come from I have no idea. It was dots anyway and they must have come that way. They are brand new straight out of box, they said we don’t know that they came that way and won’t return them. I am livid, I can’t believe 1. I am blamed for something that I didn’t do. 2 that I can’t return brand new shoes that are too big on me and I can’t even wear, full price mind you. Sooo disappointing. Very bad customer service, I haven’t been treated like this ever.

Wow! Came in today 3 weeks postpartum with nothing to wear, no idea what would fit and a little insecure of where I’m currently at. The customer service I received truly made my entire week! The ladies were so kind, beyond helpful and got me started on a postpartum wardrobe to get out of the house. 10/10 service! Also, adorable clothes!

The employees didn't even bother to greet me or ask if I needed help finding anything when I walked into the store. Their vibes made me feel super awkward and I felt I was being completely ignored. Not a great first impression and I don't think I will be going back.

This store is dangerous! I walked in to browse and kill time and was met with the sweetest and most attentive salesperson. Retail store managers take note; amazing customer service will not only drive customer retention, but also increase your sales matrix.
I ended up walking out with a lot more than I anticipated spending, but the quality is on par (most brands are carried at Nordstrom) and the attentiveness is unmatched. I was informed that salespeople are not commissioned based, so I never felt obligated or pressured into spending.
I even received a hand-written birthday card! Highly recommend this brand and specific location.
