I really liked their merchandise and had fun shopping there. unfortunately their return policy is really strict and inflexible. I bought two sundresses and was out of town for two weeks. I went back to return the items and discovered their return policy is only 7 days. When I explained, I was out town, there was not flexibility. When I asked for a store credit, still no flexibility. I would have continued to shop there but this experience changed my mind. Most places are two weeks to 30 days for returns 7 days is ridiculous.

RTW is the best shop in town! I have been shopping at my favorite store for 3 years and Shanya and Hailey are the nicest ladies and most helpful. They know what looks good on me and it's a good feeling to have your very own stylist to make you look good. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because they are worth it!! Long live Retail Therapy Boutique!

We were in today and the prices are high in my opinion. They don’t really help the shopper. I can’t believe the response the store left for the woman trying to process a two week return. There is no way there prices are lower due to a 7 day return window with no store credit. Arktana wouldn’t do that. They have much better service for the price.

Terrible customer service. Despite being a loyal customer since the store opened, I was appalled by the way I was treated today. After browsing for a few minutes, I decided to leave. I turned toward the owner, waved my hand at her and brightly said “Thank you and goodbye” . She returned my gesture with an angry scowl and a disapproving head shake, then turned her back to me and walked away. I stood there not comprehending what this non-verbal communication was all about. I have never been treated so rudely and I am not sure over what. Could it be that I didn’t buy anything? Was it because I was talking on my phone while browsing? Was I showing disrespect in any way? I could not understand what would cause such behavior. My last several encounters with her were odd, leaving me with similar unease, but today was the final straw. I won’t be back.

I absolutely love this place they have a great selection of clothing you won’t find anywhere else. I love how the owners stay up to date with current trends and when I’ve gone in to shop they are all so helpful in finding and suggesting just what I need. Great pricing for a boutique and lots of gift ideas as well as gift card options!!

Very cute Boutique run by Mother and Daughter who love fashion. They have clothing from shoes, tops, purses, earrings, even bathbooms and more! There are great gifts to give to friends and family.
