I recently visited Aritzia at Guildford Mall and was overwhelmed with the store design. It is the end of winter season I would say and it was full of puffers and sweatsuits. The staff were helpful. The clothing selection was on-trend, with a range of styles to suit different tastes. Overall, an ok shopping experience.

I just had the best shopping experience ever. I walked in wanting to find some jeans which I usually find a hard task. Always hard to find the right fit. All of the girls jumped quickly and were running around trying to find me something perfect. They greeted me with a smile and were so pleasant to deal with. I found one pair I could take home on the spot, they were quick to order the other pair that were not in stock along with acute white T-shirt. I would definitely recommend, going to this Aritzia. Thank you so much. ? you rarely find this level of service at retail stores anymore.

One of my favourite Aritzia locations as their staff is so helpful, especially Ella. She is knowledgeable, honest and she always makes me feel like a valued customer. An extra special thank you for making my teenage daughter feel fantastic the last time we popped in - Ella, you are the best!!

Love this location. The cashier girlies are always so friendly and very helpful. Always had smooth, pleasant experiences with purchases and exchanges. Only negative thing though is that nobody ever greets you or acknowledge you while you’re inside the store. This one girl never acknowledged anyone as she folded clothes looking bored in front of the store. Definitely not the retail culture I know as a millennial. Has retail culture changed these days or is this just the Aritzia culture?

I recently purchased a Super Puff from Aritzia, expecting the high quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, after only a few wears, a hole developed in the shoulder, despite the product being advertised as durable and water-resistant. When I contacted Aritzia about this, I was offered a 30% discount on a future purchase instead of a repair or replacement, even though I felt this didn’t fully address the durability concern.

I ultimately accepted a gift card as a last resort, but I’m disappointed with how the issue was handled. For a product at this price point, I expected a more fitting solution, particularly for an item that didn’t hold up to regular wear. I hope Aritzia considers more comprehensive solutions for customers experiencing similar quality issues in the future.

There weren’t many customers that day, as it was the middle of the workday when most people were at their jobs. I finally found the item I wanted to try on. There were two customers in the fitting rooms area, one was being helped, apparently because she was trying on a lot of items. If you came in for a specific item, they didn’t lift a finger to assist you. I found myself going back and forth between the fitting room and the sales floor in search of a different size, but no one approached me either in the fitting room or on the sales floor. The staff only came over to take payment at the checkout. The whole team seemed to be in a state of disarray. If you came in for one or two items, don’t expect to receive help; assistance is more likely if you have a large number of items to try on, as there is a higher probability you’ll make a purchase. On the positive side, the merchandise and shelves were well organized, the sizes were easy to find, and the fitting rooms were clean.

Don’t waste your time to repair your Aritzia clothes here. I bought effortless pants and the thread completely came out after 2-3 washes. Brought the pants here for repair, two weeks passed, not ready yet. This is the second time the thread came out, last time the shorts thread came out, and it took 3 weeks to repair it. They are just waiting your time, no service at all.

I have no clue how these people are going to run one of the biggest stores in the lower mainland when the location across the hall opens. I shop A LOT and have been to every single location in Vancouver and this is by far the worst. Maybe treat everyone equally instead of worrying about only helping who’s hot or going to spend the most money for your sales goals and you guys will do yourselves a favor.
