I have purchased most of my shirts from bonobos and done so almost exclusively through this shop for almost 4 years now. Shopping in-store is definitely the better experience, especially if you don’t already know your exact size, and their current staff are among the best I have shopped with. They are kind, professional, and fun; and importantly they have keen senses of style and knowledge of their products. One of the best things about Bonobos that every product comes in a wide range of patterns, sizes, lengths, and cuts. It’s very inclusive, and you can always find a product in a pattern you like and a size that fits you perfectly. The shop lets you find your perfect size and view the current season’s lineup, and there are sales that are in-store only that can’t be found online at home. There are older reviews frustrated by low staffing or less than enthusiastic staff. I think they are overly harsh, but I understand where they were coming from; fortunately though, this is no longer the case. The current staff are great, and I highly recommend giving the store a shot.

The staff at this location are very professional. Emily is extremely talented with great attention to detail. She helped me find the perfect fit for a new pair of pants. I highly recommend this store, just keep in mind certain items take around one to two day shipping.

Last week I visited the Bonobos store in Seattle. I had an important goal...to get a suit to wear at my son's wedding. Last February two of my sons got their suits there, and although I live in Vermont, I decided that their experience was such a pleasant, seamless one, that I would do the same when I was back in Seattle in September. So, Emily greeted me as I entered the store, and from that moment on I knew I was in good hands. Emily was friendly, relaxed, and patient; she also really knows what she is doing. In 20 minutes I had been measured, been presented with all of my options, and selected the suit that I am excited to wear as the father of the groom. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience..and especially working with Emily. She is a real pro.

Love this brand, specially the original chinos are my favorites, they used to have some really nice and causal soft long sleeve tees specially loved the original navy blue and the white ones.
Also loved the colorful Riviera Cabana shirt.
