Excellent prices. Quality is somewhat questionable. We have been fortunate because we have bought items in the past that have turned out to be good. Nice location with plenty of free parking. This is definitely one of the larger Designer Depot's.

Variety of dresses specifically for women. Jumpsuits collection is good. Store is very organized. However change rooms are not good, you will not get any help in charge room. Some dresses are poor quality. I bought many clothes from this store. Two of them are very bad quality and I never used. Products price is not reasonable compare to quality. Lots of parking spots in mall parking area. It is located close to gate 3 of this mall.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I wish I could give -1 for the situation I have encountered at this store. To begin with, I walked into the store where I was trying 2-3 cardigans; the only lady working in the store. She is Asian by the way came to me; did not greet or anything and said “to make sure I hang each thing I try.” She seems extremely frustrated and irritated. I went to the counter to pay for the ONLY cardigen I intended to purchase and she started to type aggressively on the cashier counter as if she didn’t want me to shop. She asked if I hung the clothes I tried; I didn’t hear her so I said don’t know. She became extremely
Rude, ran to the back and threw few clothes on the counter. She started to verbally abuse me when I asked her why was she being so rude ? She repeatedly said “you people always do this”; I am unsure if she hated me cuz I wore a hijab. She kept shouting and yelling. I am lucky I live in Canada otherwise I am sure she would have physically assault me. I request the manager of the store to take strict action on her behaviour, this lady NEEDS HELP; your customers won’t come back if she stays. If she hates her job, SHE SHOULD QUIT.

Don’t go to this store unless you want to be treated by a racist lady.

I love this store for the variety of both men and women’s clothing. The dressing rooms are unattended, but I like that for the privacy aspect

Always check your receipt
The Asian lady cashier there overcharged me and had the nerve to yell at me in front of other customers. She was really rude and absolutely obnoxious, kept yelling at me. Another customer turned to me and said she was so wrong and so rude and why is she keep yelling?
Worse shopping experience in all my adult life. No one should tolerate this kind of verbal abused. I'm never step foot in this store again!!!

Edmonton Int'l Airport Mall location has the worst service. Girls will not acknowledge you when you come in, where most store employees explain deals etc to you, make you feel like you're inconveniencing them when you actually want to purchase something. And gave me attitude because I opt'd out for the 2 for 10 and paid $5.99 instead of scouring the store for another item. No assistance at the change rooms and disgruntled I put a non-purchase on the identified rack for them to put back in the store, and I had to try find my own replacement item in a different size. Store floors were very dirty. the 2 cashiers were too busy playing on their phones and gossiping.
