I entered the store and asked if they had any beanies in stock. The attendant went to the back of the store and beckoned the uniformed security officer who grabbed me by the arm and forcefully led me out of the store. I had over $200 cash in my wallet to spend at this retail establishment, however, I was denied that opportunity. They gave no reason for exiting me from the property - my rights were trampled upon by these thugs. I have a strong suspicion this is all because of my strong Jewish faith. I showed them my billfold full of US currency which made no difference. Avoid this bigoted establishment at all costs!

I live outside of Seattle. I hate going into downtown. But I have looked everywhere for a quality jacket. I’m an xxl. Other companies think xxl means sleeves that are 6” to long. I risked the trip. Parking was available close by. I was Meet by security guard who was friendly and welcomed me in. 3 employees helped me locate exactly what I was looking for. Fit is great as well as quality. Prices were less than I expected. Very very happy. Definitely a 5 star experience

Love this brands clothing. But WHY would a retail store close at 5pm (6 on Saturday)? I just raced into town thinking they closed at 6, only to find a closed store at 5:10 on a Wednesday. Guess I’ll have to order online or try REI. When I went in there last, were a ton of sales associates - maybe spread them around a bit and try a much more convenient 7pm?

I called the Seattle store and spoke with Ian about an Above The Law pair of pants. I was looking for the carbon color with the embroidery Kuhl logo on the rear pocket, a must for me! It seems that Kuhl is phasing out the embroidery logo on the rear pocket for whatever reason. I personally really like that feature and they are getting harder to find. If you order from the web site you don't know what you going to receive so, I choose to call the store to actually talk to a sales person so they can verify what exactly I am looking for. Customer service at Kuhl won't check for you period so you get what you get. Ian was super helpful in all respects and answered all my question throughly and is a great sales person. I am 5'10" @ 165 and I ordered a 32×34 that he suggested and they fit absolutely perfect plus it has the verified Kuhl logo on the rear pocket that he had checked for me. Ian shipped them very fast and I received very quick with some Kuhl goodies (THANKS). I will call the Seattle store first from now on and I will ask for Ian. The Above The Law pants are excellent and completely top quality. I own the Lawless, 4 pairs, The Law, 2 pairs and now, the Above The Law. Thanks again Ian and God bless!

28AUG2022: Advancing rapidly across 5 cities for dinner and drinks with just a carry on, upon arriving in Seattle, it was a bit colder than predicted before our departure. An emergent requirement for two fair weather jackets surfaced, and Kuhl did not disappoint. Love their quality and customer service. Wish there were more brick and mortars around the country. Grabbed a ‘Transcendr” for the Mrs. and “The One” for me – both comfortable fit, quality craftsmanship and at a reasonable price point. I have A LOT of Kuhl items in my closet and am always fearful of a brand’s quality deteriorating as its popularity increases due to cost cutting and overseas outsourcing. I have not seen that yet with this brand, stay true Kuhl, Thank you. Signed, a loyal customer.

P.S. The location in Seattle was fantastic, overall staff was so helpful, store was clean, well laid out and the salesperson (on temp assignment there) was an absolutely professional – thank you Matt!

Fantastic staff, and great selection of Kuhl’s full lineup of apparel. It was great to be able to try on all the different styles that they have to offer. Unlike buying at stores like REI that never seem to have the size or style you’re looking for. These are premium clothes at a premium price, but well worth it to me.

This is their third store, I'm glad it is in Seattle because I enjoy their shirts, the shirts hold up + the shirts do not need ironing and work well for my office.
