Visited Knix for the 1st time during Boxing Day Sales (Dec 2024). Having plus size models in the store window (in addition to thin ones) makes this space welcoming for ALL women. This idea is reinforced on their - website models of all sizes wearing Knix - LOVE THIS!! Staff at this store were super patient and helpful, letting me try on just about every bra in the store to find my perfect fit. They are knowledgeable about their product, listened, and helped me to find several bras that fit my needs - a Momenta for lighter workout days, a Catylst for higher impact days and the One&Only for everyday wear. Thank you !!!

I went to this location to get new measurements and a new bra, which I was really anxious to do. All of the staff were very kind, helpful and non-judgemental, which I really appreciated. They measured me, brought me different styles to try, and the experience was very positive, quick and simple for me as a costumer. They even gave me a pair of leak-proof underwear for free! Thank you!

I bought a pair of underwear about 6 mo ago. They are ok for absorbency but in such a short time have stretched out of shape. They are so loose fitting I don't trust them not to leak; they are so baggy and uncomfortable now. And, yes, I followed the proper washing care instructions. I expected SO much better from underwear that cost $40! Very disappointed

I’ve seen their advertisements online and wanted to see what their bras were like. The store was well stocked even though they had a big sale on and the friendly and helpful staff got me measured. They brought me several styles and I left with two new bras. I’d go back!

Long-Time Supporter, But Recent Issues with Quality

I’ve been a huge fan of KNIX for years and have purchased from them multiple times. The comfort and functionality of their products have always impressed me—especially their period underwear, which has been a game-changer. However, I’ve recently encountered a frustrating issue. The last two pairs of period underwear I bought have started to come undone within a month of wear. The black fabric on the underwear has frayed, and the stitching seems to have worn out more quickly than I expected.

I’m still very much a supporter of KNIX, as I truly believe in the brand and the benefits of their products. That said, I really hope they take a closer look at their sewing and overall quality control. I’d love to see the brand fix this issue so I can continue to be a loyal customer without worrying about these issues going forward. Thanks, KNIX, for your attention to this!

Everything about this company is amazing. Their excellent sales reps and assistance in store to the great product line. I had a problem with one suit bottom that had a flaw and they honored a return next fall since I'm out of town. Management should be proud because the staff are happy and helpful and the product is really well designed and produced! Kudos to all involved! Wish I could remember the supe or helpful short blonde sales rep on 4th! But they are all very helpful!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the leakproof underwear. The panties leaked (medium absorbency, more then I need for a day) with the second time of use and it was not possible to clean the stain. After a few wears, the panties pulled up, they are too big and therefore do not fit. After a year of use, the panties started to tear and part of the fabric is separated.
