Super happy with my recent purchases, huge thank you to Jenna for helping me! She's patient and has great product knowledge! Everyone in the store was kind, but I could tell Jenna just really cared to make sure I left with the right products for me.

Honestly, finding the right fit has been very daunting, and I've walked out of other stores because I just couldn't find the right style or size, and the staff have been unhelpful. I'll return to Aerie every time now.

Absolutely love this small store! I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are caring, welcoming , kind and they always ask if you need a hand with anything. I love the clothes and the quality of them as well

Went here for the first time, I’m not from the area and the vibe was not it. Decided to try on a few things and the girl working in the back was not very friendly. When I came out nobody was around and I wasn’t sure where to put my things. I laid it on the table and when she walked up I apologized and said sorry I didn’t know where to put these. She didn’t even respond and pushed passed me. Nobody even really acknowledge me until I paid and left.

I had such a horrible experience this morning at Aerie in Kelowna. When we got there around 10:30am there was a lineup, a sign that said a max of 15 people, and only three people in the store. Two workers folded underwear not even acknowledging anyone for 15 minutes. I went in and talked to Maddy the worker who told me that they were understaffed and that the maximum was 12. After I pointed out there were only three people in the store and no way that there were that many people in the back she let 5 more people in. She was rude, oblivious, and ruined the whole experience.

I love AE and Aerie, and the staff at this location are great. What I'm peeved about is that they don't stock a single 38DD in the store. I am an average, size 12 hourglass shape. For a company that's so vocal about real bodies, you'd think they'd sell to real bodies in their stores. Instead I can only try a sample and then order online. I've also found that they don't carry all of their underwear selection at this location (high waisted boy briefs...) or much of their clothing found in the Aerie section online and can no longer rely on them having what I want in store.
