Thank you to the legend staff member that found my partners lost phone and kept it safe. This man’s deserves a raise and a corporate pizza party for his service. I don’t know what the staff members name was but whoever it was is very honest!

Cute place to buy hot clothes for teens! Bought my sweet 16th birthday party dress from here looked amazing even though expensive the clothes here are really worth it & are always the right size, and the jeans especially the dark wash baggy jeans there to die for seriously.?

Even bought my very first converse from here! Absolutely love them.

Staff are absolutely amazing!!!! was in here for about an hour trying on at least 20 different pairs of jeans. they were so incredibly helpful and lovely, super friendly and most importantly honest about what looked good!!! i felt comfortable and confident that i could take my time. Would 100000% come back because of the staff.

i feel terrible because i can’t remember the girl’s name, but when i was in looking for a pair of jeans about 2 months ago, one of the workers (an american (?) girl) was an absolute angel. even when i was frustrated and not finding what i wanted and getting overwhelmed with trying on so many pairs, she was determined to help me out. had absolutely the best energy, a major hype girl, and just so willing to help you have a great shopping experience. i am so sorry for not knowing your name but you were a fabulous help, thank you so much.

I came in the other day and I was greeted by Yasmin!
She was one of the nicest retail assistants I’ve ever come across she was willing to help with any assistance I needed and she created what felt like such a genuine conversation with me.

It was the worst experience of Melbourne, Australia.
I bought a hoodie at this store, and i found the cashier forgot to take off the magnetic tag when i already came back to the hotel.
So I went back there later, only to take it off.
I told a cashier "i bought it 2 days ago, and I think you forgot to take it off." and showing the tag inside of pocket. And I was about to show my receipt.
But the cashier said, "I don't believe you."
Well, it would be nice if she could say, "I'm sorry about that, but can I check your receipt first?" It's policy, so I need to check it to help you."
I can say she was the most rude person I ever met in Melbourne.

Not the type to usually leave a review but went in yesterday and needed help to find jeans - which is usually the worst thing to find the right size in and the most humbling experience - and the girls were so on the ball and lovely, helped with finding the right size and option immediately. Not often you find such a good experience in retail
