While on vacation we visited the store multiple times. We utilized the deli services for lunch options while staying near by. Store was super clean and friendly associates all around but one stood out. A young man by the name of Robert checked us out on Saturday around 12 or 1 and was super outgoing and friendly. He generated a conversation with my son and was sharing some great local advice. Nice to see a young person know the meaning of going above and beyond ! I was a store manager previously with Publix and appreciate an outstanding associate when I see one. Well done Robert! He for sure made it a pleasure even for my 14 year old son. You have a great future! Patiently awaiting Publix to hit the Cincinnati area!

We love to go to Publix on vacation! We love the heath bar cookies from the bakery and all the sales on ice cream. We had the seafood counter steam us crab legs and shrimp twice. The first time was phenomenal- better than any local restaurant we’ve been to. The 2nd time it was just ok…all depends on who is working and how they season it. We spent
around $60 for 2.5 lbs or crab legs and 3 lbs of shrimp would have easily cost over $300 at a restaurant.

This is my local Publix and we frequent shopping here. We have always had a good experience, but yesterday was over the top excellent. I brought my toddler to the store with me to grab a quick couple of things for dinner. She was falling asleep in the shopping cart and as I went to check out, I realized I forgot my phone and my wallet at home. I went to customer service with $18 cash that I had on me and had the cashier ring me up. My total came out to $19 and some change. The cashier (Sherry) was so kind and applied a coupon to my purchase that I did not have, so that I could afford my groceries. Sherry went above and beyond for me and my family and I think she deserves recognition for that! This Publix truly is where shopping is a pleasure .

Worst deli in area, especially Sundays. Guy working only waits on people he knows and then has 10 minute conversation with each before slicing. He will leave you waiting over 30 minutes until you ask for a Manager.

This is a nice supermarket with good quality produce and a good range. It is more upmarket than Walmart but doesn't offer the same range of goods. A very pleasant place to shop with friendly and helpful staff.

This store management is trash. Long story short they charged me twice almost $50 (not a lot to most but I'm a single mom of 3) at no fault of my own . I'm not from Navarre so in order to get a refund they needed me to come back in store. I had to drive an hour to get my money back that they tried to steal from me. I told them I had to drive an hour to get the money they took from me back and I wasn't offered anything for my troubles,time or gas. My mother and sister both work at Publix in Destin and assured me there's no way their management team would have allowed such a thing. Last time at this store and I will tell anyone I know to steer clear as well.

I choose Publix for my main grocery store because of the professionalism. I ordered a cake in June a week and a half prior to when I needed it done for my mother's birthday. The morning that I was supposed to pick my order up an associate called my house at 6:30 in the morning saying that they didn't know how to decorate my cupcakes because the associate that took my order was not there and she did not have the picture. Long story short she ended up coming up with a way for me to give her the pictures without me having to travel there and also offered me a discount because of what happened. There are many Associates that do not carry such professionalism with them and their job. And she did and I appreciate that. Leslie is a great associate and I appreciate her help. Even though it was an inconvenience to go through she fixed the problem. Nobody's perfect and situations will arise but it matters how you handle it. She represented Publix very well
