We have given them two chances now and the same has happened both times. We placed an order online for the parts we needed for our displays. The website states it will be ready in 24 hours. The first time we got the confirmation for pick up 3 days after the order was placed. The second we got confirmation the next day. Both times we went to pick up the items and were told the order was not ready. The system should not have sent a confirmation yet. It is a new program and there are still some bugs......etc. The two orders were more than a year apart. So the second order took two more days to get and we called first before we showed up and had to request a refund to get the order pulled. For the first order, we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for it to be done, even though we had a confirmation it was ready. The only reason I went back a second time was because my partner felt buying what we needed from a local business would be faster. Wrong!!! If you have time to waste and money to waste on "running errands", this is the company for you.

Thought I left a 5 star review before ... if not this is long overdue. Jenna Is amazing and has always gone above and beyond... her and The other people at tebo have taken an great care of me for many years now. I cannot say enough good things about them. I placed an order mid afternoon yesterday and received the shipment this morning. Wow! Granted, I live just an hour away, but I didn't pay for expedited shipping. This was just incredible service on the part of Tebo, and a really efficient UPS delivery team.

Poor attitude on the phone. Guy will certainly not win salesman of the year award. I am small business owner of 7 years. 14 years at a Fortune 500 company prior. I try to only write positive reviews. Unfortunately, sometimes the truth must be told. I will go online and get the same items delivered to my door actually cheaper. Would have been willing to pay the extra cost for convenience of pick up and to support fellow local brick and mortar. Beware local store owners the internet will crush you if you're people on the ground do not know even common customer service. A little rhyme for you: So Convenient with a Click, Click, my order is on the way! Another win for the internet. Sadly it's not you getting my money today!

Empire Staple Company is a long time customer of Tebo Store Fixture's. As the General Manager of our company I am responsible for ordering display products and miscellaneous items.

On March 26th I went to the store to get some items and found a sign on the door that the showroom was closed due to the virus.

The sign read that I could order on line or call my order's in and that it would be shipped to me.

I sat in my car to dial the number and Jack a Tebo employee came out to my car and asked what I needed. I told him just 50 sheets of plastic tab hangers. It was only a $75.00 Dollar sell. He told me to hold tight for a minute. Out he comes with the 50 sheet's.

Jack went over and beyond customer service that day. He made the added effort to see if he could help me.

We've purchased fixtures and accessories at TEBO several times since moving to Fort Collins in 2011. Great selection and helpful staff. The last time we expanded, we needed 1000 slat wall hooks right before reopening. TEBO was the only Denver source with enough stock. My normal one hour drive turned into 2.5 hours (holiday traffic) and I arrived 15 minutes after their early holiday closing time. The door was locked, but someone inside saw my dejected posture and cracked opened the door. After hearing my story, he turned the lights back on and stayed to put together my order. It says a lot about a company when one of the execs would respond with such care.
