I arrived before the store opened. The Apple representative addressed two customers who walked into the store after me, before me even though I was standing next to him. Then, he showed no interested in understanding my issue and helping me. My request was a simple phone reset so I can use an old phone to view our babies on their baby cameras. Eventually, he offered to schedule a technician appointment an hour from then. So disrespectful and callous. Apple, you are better than this.

No surprise that their rating is so low. Their service and professionalism is completely non-existent. I set up a free data transfer for my 81 year old grandmother and they made her do an “over-the-phone” sessions which we already tried. And being in a different state, I can’t do it myself. So, honestly go elsewhere. I also have worked for Apple, in numerous facets and have never been so frustrated before.

Avoid iPhone Repairs at this store - Apple charged me $380 to ‘repair’ an iPhone 13 for a damaged camera lens. Within the very short warranty period for that repair the iPhone died from exposure to water. (It was not properly sealed during the repair. This iPhone not fully submerging, dropped, or played with roughly in water). Management at this store referred to acknowledge the repair wasn’t perfect. They wanted to charge me the price of a new iPhone to replace this ‘repaired’ iPhone. They said this was my issue not theirs. (This is actually the words they used.)

Bottom line: iPhone’s work great against water brand new - no issue there. Don’t bother repairing your iPhone at this store, they don’t stand behind the quality of their work. I did speak with management, twice, they have been trained to avoid acknowledging repairs aren’t perfect every time. In reality, everything gets messed up once in a while, this store just refuses to acknowledge that.

Took my phone in for glass replacement. Waited an hour and a half, picked up my phone and found dust between my front camera pinned between the glass and the phone. They said it "went through quality control" -- clearly quality control failed at their job. They took another 1.5 hrs to replace the glass again, to then come back and find out their system is down and they refused to give me my phone back without their system up. I am now without a phone and they have not contacted me for updates nor do they pick up their in-store phone. Poor service. I want my phone back.

Although the staff is nice, I waited 30+ minutes for a genius that I had a scheduled appointment with. It never feels good to have your time wasted, especially when the reservation was made days in advance.

I ended up leaving because no one came to assist me after 35 minutes. I'm sure the employees aren't directly responsible, but the effect was still very unprofessional.

UPDATE: They caught me on the way out, and a rep was able to find a genius for me. Despite getting the help I came for, it was still a frustrating experience.

This store is the worst. Any other store (Cherry Creek, Park Meadows etc are always great) The managers are unfriendly and unprofessional. We asked for help by two employees chatting and they were rude. Then we were being helped by a great sales rep (Alanna, Alannya.... something like that) and the sales manager interrupted us and told her to help others at the watch area. We were making two purchases, how does that make sense? Meanwhile there were other sales employees (groups of 2-3 ) wandering around and at times just gabbing with the sales manager.

Today was a nightmare made infinitely better by the team at the Apple store in Boulder. Getting my replacement phone was a comedy of errors that led me to three Apple stores in 2 days! Awful, however from the moment I walked into Boulder store i knew i was in good hands. Wow, what a team of professionals masterfully conducted by a woman in charge dressed all in black and endlessly walking around with an iPad. Although I was handed off to several associates during my 2 hours at this location, kindness exuded from everyone. Introductions, recaps of my dilemma, and genuine warmth was abound. Thank you Cyrus for being one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. You make everyone around you feel seen and heard. Bless your heart.
Overall, I love this location. This is a serious team of people who choose to show up each day and bring excellence to everything they do. Congrats Boulder Apple store team!

I told I had to wait ten minutes just to speak with a sales associate. I asked the greeter working on 7/3/2024 if I could wait directly outside, to which he replied yes. 20 minutes passed and no one came to get me directly outside the store. I walked back inside and a sales rep was readily available. I obviously was forgotten about. This greeter was not professional and wait times were far too long.
