This store is SO annoying. I have tried it on and off many times and I usually leave somewhat exasperated. Here is why:
1. There are employees EVERYWHERE, but almost nobody (1 kid could) can answer any questions with a smile. Snark is free and flowing at this store.
2. They advertise items as on sale (boneless, skinless chicken breast). I asked for a rain check (because they were 'out'). "Manager" Kimberly Reyes (who could not have cared less), simply said "NO" to the rain check. No kindness, no smile, no "gee I am sorry about that", came from this woman. She told me they are "discontinuing" the item. Really? Amazon will no longer carry BSCB? Somehow I doubt that. She also told me I could not speak to the store manager, JLO...Jennifer. Apparently, those in charge cannot be bothered with the peasants.
California has a "bait and switch" law that says a store cannot advertise an item, and then not honor the item and its price.
3. The employees at the front of the store are more interested in their own banter than greeting the customer for checkout.
4. The parking closest to the store is reserved for pick up customers, flex parking (whatever that is), and family parking spaces...so if you are by yourself and actually going into the store, prepare to park out by Rinaldi.
There are plenty of handicap spaces, which is great.

I have tried to like this store. But I am done. There are simply too many shopping options for me to continue to cross my fingers and hope for the best with this store. There are very pleasant people at Sprouts.

It is the ideal store for Prime members. Love the just walk out system although I believe it is changing due to it's labor intensiveness. Clean, well organized, the shopping experience is great. There are usually coupons and deals to be found. What's not to like? Especially when they can take your Amazon returns. And yes, the produces definitely match up to the stores 's namesake. I just wished it would replace my local grocery store for my own convenience!

No compren online nunca! Y no me querian dar mi pedido. Hoy ordene temprano 4 botellas de leche para mi niño y espere 50 minutos en mi carro con mis 3 bebes, nadie me daba respuesta. Me dijeron que compre otra leche y cancele mi orden pero ese no es el punto. Ellos tenian las leches en la nevera para darme y no me querian preparar la orden y nadie sabia nada. Perdi gas, tiempo, terapia de mi niño, mi bebe de meses llorando con mi otra niña con hambre, compre una pizza y tenia mal sabor. Vino la supuesta manager que no tuvo el respeto de pedir disculpas y casi tirarme cupones de pizza cuando eso lo puedo conseguir sin que me lo de. Es una persona sin empatia, con mala actitud, floja y con falta de comunicación con su equipo. Si no pueden alistar 4 botellas de leche y no darme una solución rapida entonces contraten a otro personal. Que a mi parecer es una floja que para escondida atras sin hacer nada pintándose las uñas cuando pueden contratar a alguien con empatia y mejor vocabulario.

Self checkout didn't work, scanning items=50% not found items. Whatever, don't really care about that. I do care that they mark the prices UP 25% then give you a coupon for 20% off. Everything here is about 25% more than elsewhere. Kinda worth it if you like shopping at an empty store.

This is the worst Amazon Fresh I have ever been. The black lady in the self check out does not even care to help even though she see me struggle getting my payment card recognized. Then this burly, tattooed cashier is completely sarcastic when I mentioned why staff is not helpful.
I will never go to this place again.

UPDATE: This store has become favorite grocery store. The store is clean and the employees are helpful. The food assortment is good and items are fairly priced. (They sell fresh hot pizza too)!

This was on the 3rd day they were open; there were tons of employees shopping for online orders. I assume the large amount of staff also reflects trainees for soon to open stores, but it was a very pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely return.

Amazing!! You have to download the Amazon app in order to use the nice smart shopping smart carts (Hi Tech Carts) or you can use the traditional ones. Nice and clean location, the staff is very friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed my first shopping experience here at Amazon fresh grocery store.
Muy bue Supermercado aqui encuentras casi de todo, muy parecido a whole foods store o a la Vons. Los empleados de este lugar so muy amables y te ayudan con cualquier duda que tengas. Muy bonita tienda, ademas cuenta con sus novedosos hi tech shopping carts, una experiencia ùnica.

I ordered 3 pizzas around 3:45 PM on Nov 2, 2021 and I didn't get them until 4:15 PM. Amazon advertises 10-15 minutes of wait time and that is not true. Another customer was with me and was also disappointed knowing that her advanced order was not even in the oven when she arrived for pick-up. The worst part is that 2 out of my 3 pizzas were burnt.

This is a horrible first impression for Amazon Fresh
