Ali and Hali were very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed. They had us in and out very quickly and were so friendly. I am glad that they got to help us today 🙂 we got our chargers for all our devices in less than 15 minutes

I was here with my family to purchase some Apple products few months ago. Customer service is hit or miss. The lady who “helped” us initially was not friendly or helpful. She stood next to us, but not engaged with us so much or just being short with us. Since she was rude, we moved on and shopped around in the store. Later, this other gentle came to ask if we need help. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. He helped us complete the purchase.

Not the best Apple Store experience. Been using Apple products for over 10 years. Never really had an issue with costumer service. Long story short, the branch store manager has a condescending attitude and refuses to listen to reason. Zero ounce of professionalism. Date of visit 12/14/24.

I came in today looking to buy a new computer and Adam was the best! He helped me decide on which computer was right for me, I did some trade ins towards the price and he made those easy too. I walked out happy with my new MacBook Pro

Review based on appt: on time for appt, no introduction from rep felt like a Tesla robot no clear explanation on the process but rather an unsolicited response on how I was incompetent for not understanding the process( which should be reviewed when greeted) I requested the individual supervisor afterward, Ruben. All I came in for was to have my screen replacement and if it couldn’t explain why, with some guidance. I suggest just be more personable and understanding of my POV.

My husband and I came in, we had an appointment. An employee, named Ruben, came up to us and we let him know we had an appointment. He let us know to wait and someone will check us in. He then continued to stand there with his tablet and went back to chatting with another employee who was already with a costumer. About 5 minutes later, another employee asked us if we have been helped and we let her know that Ruben told us to wait for someone to check in. The employee even appeared confused. I wish I remembered her name, but she helped us out by redirecting him to us! Once he “helped us”, he came off as standish and we had to prompt him to help us by asking him if he can search up a serial number to see if we qualify for warranty.

I was appalled by the service at this store. When we tried to inquire about a product, the response was ‘just look at the iPad right there it will tell you about it’ and they walked away. Then when we wanted to purchase, one of the employees told us there’s a ‘virtual line’ with a 10 minute wait. Ok no worries. So after waiting 10 minutes, we found another worker to ask about the status of the line, he looked up our spot on the line and said ‘oh wow hey this is like a 45 minute wait.’ I said I didn’t really understand since his coworker said it was 10 minutes and there were numerous workers in the store not really helping anyone, and the worker reinsisted that someone will help when available and it’s our turn. So we left. I don’t understand what’s so hard about buying a product, nor why the staff were so flippant and rude. We will not be returning to this store, ever, and we likely won’t be buying the product either. This experience left a very negative perception of the Apple experience for me, and I say this as an Apple user. I have not had these same experiences at other Apple stores, only this one. I highly suggest going to a different store.
