Stopped by the afternoon of 10/8/24 to adjust my service plan and upgrade phones. I didn't remember the 4 digit PIN AT&T assigns you, and guy at the counter just flatly says he can't help. No interest in resetting the PIN, no attempt at alternate verification. Really just zero interest in being helpful or trying to make a sale.

I immediately went down the road to the AT&T store by Whole Foods where the PIN problem was resolved within 1-2 minutes, and I was shortly able to give them money in exchange for goods and services. What a shocking concept!

After looking at other reviews of the store on Venture, it's clear that the managers either don't care about being profitable, or can't be bothered to put forth the effort to ensure their employees are even pretending to work.

There's nothing to resolve--at least certainly not anything worth me sending account details to a very dubious-looking email address. If you'd actually read my review, you'd see that I went to another AT&T store location down the road where they functioned like a normal business.

They will tell you whatever they need to to make a sale. Purchased a phone from them that isn’t in stock. They told me I would receive in one to two business days. Next day I check my ATT account and it says it won’t ship for another month. I call the store directly and initially get an answer, when I explain my issue they hang up and will not answer any of my attempts to call back. Ultimately get in the phone with support who told me I was lied to and that the phone I purchased is on back order and will likely take another month to ship. I came up to the store to talk to the salesman who initially sold me the phone, walk in and there are 5 workers standing around that clearly could have answered the phone.

He basically tells me that “I can’t control how long it takes to ship”

He knew he was lying when he told me 1 to 2 business days. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Everything almost went great, but it was still a 8 out of 10. Went to get two iPhone 15 plus's, but since the trade in wasn't in good condition and we were still paying it off we couldn't get the second one. We thought there was an option where we could've just added the remaining balance of what we owed from our old iPhone towards the new one but we couldn't. Overall the manager did tell us the best option so it wasn't a bad visit, just an unexpected outcome. Still 8 out of 10 because of the manager, fast service, and everything else.

Horrible customer service. Whoever the representative that is there alone on 08/12/24 has 0 customer skills. No greeting or anything, which I don’t even care about… just sucked. no, “I’ll be with you in a second or anything.” Just stared at me. Didn’t seem to have any type of sense of urgency even though there was another ahead of me in line as well. Guess he didn’t figure I’d be coming in to buy and didn’t care to talk to the other customers.

On Sunday I went to ask about the internet (wifi), they told me that a technician was going to go on Tuesday from 8 in the morning to 10 in the morning, I waited those hours and the technician never arrived, which seemed super irresponsible to me because those were HOURS OF WORK THAT I LOST AND MONEY LOST, so I called and rescheduled the appointment for today, and it was the same thing, they didn't come and I lost hours of work and money again, it's incredible how irresponsible they are, I didn't even receive a call or message saying why they didn't come, I automatically called and canceled the service, VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.

We came here for help and the front desk guy non co-operative. He did not want to help us at all and said was too busy with other customers who spoke his local language. Really bad experience overall!

ATT and their Supervisors Nestor and Jose Suck!! ATT gave me wrong dates twice and now I can't have services for 4 business days. They don't care about work from home people or their families
