A good place for a cheap find! But the owner or whoever the woman is behind the cash register is definitely racist. When you are running a business everyone needs to be tested equally. It’s 2022 we are all human beings.

When I exchanged a pair of pants that didn't fit, why did the cashier keep my receipt? Your exchange policy doesn't say you only get to exchange one time. I don't plan to go back as long as they fit.
Very bad business practice.
(Update: The exchanged item still doesn't fit and now I can't take them back for something else because the lady would not give me my receipt.

Cute clothes...but I was charged 7.99 instead of 5.99 And sadly none of them fit! I can't even return them or have tried them on beforehand...what a rip off. Never going here again.

Lady accused my 12 year old of stealing after I spent over 35 dollars. She made my daughter cry! I am so sad at how hateful people can be these days! I made my daughter prove she did not and the lady continued on being hateful to her!

We just went to the store bought 6 items it was 35.94 dollars and the lady said it was 45.39 dollas with tax and everything, didnt give any recipt. it was ok until i did the math and realize that how could be 9+dollars on taxes.... Then we went back tell the lady on the cashier and ask for a recipt that we didnt get and she said we need to tell her before if we want a recipt, she couldnt make one for us. Then i ask about the 9 dollars of tax and she said that they charge a tax fee for being at the outlets.
I told her that the others stores dont do that, then she gave me 5 dollars back for me to get out of the store i grab the 5 dollars but still. 1.50 that she charge me more we got out of the store no happy at all. Just be aware of there store.

I purchased 12 separate items at the Northlake Mall, Charlotte,NC location but when I went to return them, because they didn’t fit ( couldn’t try them on first because there was no functional dressing room available) I was told I could only get 9 items total! Very unacceptable and I felt cheated by my experience there. The young lady was very rude and not at all helpful. That was the first and last time I would shop there!

Had a bad experience with this store in Concord Mills NC. We had just purchased a top and after walking out the store and tried it on in a changing room outside the store (because they don't have one). Then we noticed the top was damaged but they did not have another one in the same size. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY. SHOCKING SERVICE, DON'T SHOP HERE

For everything to be 5.99 is awesome! My only thing is I wish you could try their clothes on, to know what you are actually buying.
