I visited this shop to get a quotation for a new venue for my boss. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to review the different racquets available. However, they informed me they couldn’t provide a quotation on the spot and gave me an admin email to follow up with.

It’s been two weeks, and despite two emails and three follow-up calls, there’s still no response. Each time, I was told that the admin would be notified, but during my last call, I was even told that the store manager may not be interested in helping out, which explains the silence.

It’s disappointing – especially given the store’s reputation and its numerous positive reviews. We were prepared to bring business their way, but it’s concerning that they couldn’t even manage a professional response if they weren't interested. The staff are genuinely good and helpful, but I think the management needs to reconsider their approach if they want to maintain a positive image.

*Update- Spoke to the store manager after and got the updates and quotations. Was told, it was a miscommunication on their end and will work on it for future reference.*

definitely recommend. super nice and friendly staff. most universities in melbourne get discounts. even though the 1000z 3U (the racket i got) + yellow cushion wrap was not available/out of stock on the badminton click website, the in person store was had some so that nice. stringing process was convenient and quick, so much so that the lady let me stayed in the store and only wait like 20-30 minutes for the newly bought racket to be strung. tl:dr great staff, good to check if there is stock or not cuz online store is not always updated, stringing service was convenient and quick. (thank you to that friendly lady on 15th September ?)
