Currently building out our retail space we decided to purchase some retail display cases and register counter and couldn’t quit figure the instruction. The glass front instructions weren’t super clear and I didn’t want to mess anything up. I called and spoke with Brittney and she was absolutely awesome and send me detailed pictures and videos on how to install the glass rails without her there is no way I would of been able to finish the job. The register came out perfect. The quality of the black ledge top showcase was excellent and looks great. Will be purchasing more.

Took every extra step necessary to fulfill an order even when they didn't have everything in their Orlando location.

For anyone looking to buy displays from them just be ready for a massive headache. To start I placed my order and everything was smooth in the beginning. I did it over the phone since I am 2 hours from Orlando and I already has an idea what I wanted. After placing my order and receiving It I was shorted some of my items. Not a big deal mistakes happen. I called my sales rep and she wanted me to double check as if doubting me. So I told her I have security cameras if she wants the footage of me opening the product. She said no and proceeded with getting me out the new items. While setting up my displays I noticed the instruction book was outdated and never updated with how to assemble it. My counter instructions weren't any better. Nothing was labeled and it basically was no help so I had to figure it out on my own. When putting up my slatwall I noticed the cuts were uneven. My issue is they wont send you 4x8 slatwall unless you have a loading dock. So they have to send 4x4 pieces. The problem is you pay more for a "Cutting Fee" which is great if they were cut evenly. They also don't even bother cleaning the panels off after they cut them. That is a minor detail but if your paying extra for someone to make a cut I want it done right and presentable. After that I called back to get more hooks and other small slatwall accessories. After talking to the same rep she went over what I ordered and told me the price. I noticed it seemed a little cheap but I didn't think anything of it. Once looking at the invoice I realized she was missing items. she also didn't put in the correct quantity for other items on my list. Once again these little annoyances were adding up but I tried to look past it. I then got my secondary shipment where I ordered some metal toppers to go on my displays So I can put signs up. Sure enough they didnt fit on the displays even after she assured me it would fit. I came to find out that the listing was wrong and outdated. Then the sales rep I was working with accused me of putting the topper on a display that wasn't there's. Which is they craziest thing to even say even though she made the original order. After this I asked for a manager and was transfer to Felicia. She is a shift lead and she took over. They didn't have a manager to talk to. So I told her all of the issues I have faced up until now. I told her i only need a few more things and want a discount for my last order. She got back to me the day after and the manager offered to do half off shipping. So after me spending $8000 she is offering me less than 1% back. I told her that was not enough. The manager then offers 75% off shipping. Mind you the manager has not talked to me and would rather talk to me through her associate. The manager never called and apologized for any of the issues I have had up until this point. I was also told this manager doesn't like giving out discounts and is the only manager working at that location. So I decide to proceed anyways cause I want to make sure everything matches for my displays. I then get my items that were shorted from me and since they weren't packed properly and sent through FedEx some of the shelves were broken. On top of that it was the wrong shelf. The shelves I got were an off white and smaller than my previous shelves. Felica told me that since they bought 2 new locations those locations have different shelves. They use different distributors which I see as a major problem. Even after all of this the manager refused to offer any further discount and still has yet to let me speak with them or reached out to apologize. If I was closer I would go in and talk to them face to face. But don't do business with them yes they have a wide selection but its not worth the hassle in the slightest.

Customer service problem, no opinion on the product since I never got it:

I placed an order early December and I was informed that the order would arrive one month after. When that date passed, I reached out and was provided a later January date. When that date passed I reached out and was informed they had no idea when my order was coming.

I understand delays with orders, but having to be the customer and reaching out for updates when the committed dates pass? Most of my emails were responded to but some were ignored it seemed.

At least the refund was quick!
