Horrible customer service. Won't answer phone calls( on hold for 30 min trying to spaek with a person at the physical Oak Park store).Fulfilled my order with an open box item( discounted on site) when I paid for new.( full price was charged). I will never make another purchase from a Best Buy store again.

You cannot speak to anyone at the actual stores. It is a call center that answers the calls and I placed a request to have a supervisor contact me last week. I did not receive a return call. So I tried calling again tonight and I had a rep say I can’t hear you. I think she didn’t want to take the call. Guess I’ll need to go in person. Not a satisfied customer. It’s gone way down hill.

The gentleman that work at this store are a wonderful refreshing class act. Big shout out to the kid who walk by with the light Brown. Curly hair that gave me the thumbs up to make sure that I was okay. Another big shout out to the guy who buried charismatically, tried to sell me a TV. I would have bought one, but I don't watch T. V, just because of his canvas abilities. And biggest shout out to the guy that helped me with my scooter. Inquiry, thank you so much for we're taking to time To educate me, since this is my first scooter purchase. Job well done all around. Thank you so much guys.!! At the check out area, these guys are quick and efficient as well. Very polite. I'll be shopping here again.

The service here was terrible. I went in there and was ignored for 20 minutes by customer service. I made them aware three times that I was interested in purchasing an item, was told three times that they would get me some assistance, but I was ignored. Finally the clerk decided to acknowledge my presence and grudgingly decided to assist me. While I was being helped, the clerk was defensive towards me. He was just going through the motions and it was obvious that he did not really care for me or like me. He just did not care. I know what the issue was but I cannot say it publicly on the internet. I have had good experiences in the past while patronizing Best Buy stores in other parts of the United States. That being said, I would steer clear of this particular Best Buy store.

I wish there was zero stars. Young lady helped me in store and was very nice and very helpful . However, I’m sure it was an honest mistake but she promised me my tv would be delivered the next day. That was perfect, I took the day off, only to look back at emails the following day when I didn’t hear anything to find it was actually going to be the following day after that . When I call to give them an opportunity to make it right. No one can or will do anything. Absolutely atrocious and I understand why their stores are closing down now.

If I order an item for a store pick up and pay for it online then why does it take 48 hours to get it ready for me to pick it up, I should just walk in and pick it up in store and pay for it in store.
Walmart gets it ready with in couple hours. At least for next time I know not to order online for store pick up.

Was unable to get what I wanted but I spent a little more to get what I needed as stock is low on the low end of dryers however the girls on the phone was extremely helpful and check for all the spaces we had to go 70 me to get something to dry as nothing was in Topeka

Customer service is always great whenever I go to this store. Everyone is so helpful and patient. I drive over 20 minutes to get to this store but if I have an in store pick up this is where I'm going.
