We came for a trip to Trader Joe's, even though this isn't the location we visit, and we stayed for dinner at the Black Bear Diner. The food was phenomenal! I had Prime Rib & Shrimp and and this diner did not disappoint. Our family will definitely be repeat customers. Fantastic place. Better than home cooking.

Ross Dress For Less is a disaster zone. The Customer Service, Woman at the Register was just miserable. The manager was worse. They examined my purchases as if I had opened/used them. The 4 gifts I purchased were all under $10 and were not well received so I assumed in todays Environment I could graciously return. I provided my Debit Card I used, was polite and presented ALL items in selling shape. When the cashier and Manager declined Me…They suggested I should go Look for the exact items. I shop TJ Maxx, Ross, Marshall’s and Target frequently and hardly have to return. When I do, it is always a professional experience. I am a Manager Famous, Respected Department store in Newport Beach. Customers kindly inquire where I purchased my Attire. I have ALWAYS whisperer, in respect and support, “Ross, Marshall’s & TJ Maxx on Bristol.” The lack of customer service and being alleged I opened the cookies was so disturbing and disrespectful. So upset & disappointed. The only kind thing I can compliment is the Male Security Officer (Greeting) & the Young Woman, “Thanking Everyone as they departed.

The area is clean but usually busy with cars. There are parking slots for disabled. It is not as great for pedestrians and cyclists given the number of cars traversing all the time, lack of a designated bike lane or a sidewalk.
