Greeting was nice but when I returned a bunch of stuff without tags she was trying to refuse it. I was like no where on the site does it say I can’t. She goes but now I have to find the barcodes so I helped her. I don’t know but I feel as if the customer service could be better. Also if the return policy isn’t strict online then that’s what needs to be followed.

Also this is the policy for in store returns: You may return your unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased online at cartersoshkosh.ca to any company-owned Carter’s | OshKosh B’gosh retail store in Canada.

So nothing about the tags needing to be on. This makes sense because what if your LO is not with you for try ons.

I had a very bad experience with this branch of carters. I bought a paid of slippers for my son and when he wore it at home he found out that it was torn from behind. I took it after two days to exchange it with a new one but the two ladies there impolitely said that we cannot accept damaged items. You should have been careful when you bought that. They refused to exchange it. Their costumer service was not professional. They did not respect customer’s right. I thought I prefer not to discuss with a worker and ask my husband to fix the slippers. If he couldn’t, I would email the central branch or would talk to their supervisor. Anyhow, try their other branches or be very careful when you buy something in the Park Royal location. And for the company, hopefully you will see the review, I recommend you educate your workers how to respect customers before hiring them.

If only I could give this store a 0 star, I would as even one star is too much for TERRIBLE customer service! NINA, one of the associates knows nothing about her job and asked me not to come to the store anymore! Can you believe that? She obviously has issues and hates doing returns. She is only nice if you are shopping and spending $$ in the store.

Be extra cautious if you are shopping here! They will ruin your day if they can. I had none of this experience before in any other oshkosh store. They would go out of their way to serve their customers..

I seem to like this place. I've always been able to find what I need, great prices and good quality. The store associates always take their time to greet me and ask if I need anything which is super helpful when I'm in a rush. My only wish is that they would carry more quantity of popular sized shoes.

This place has awesome customer service and kid friendly staff. The employee (I think her name was Parastoo) was very helpful with her recommendations and willing to go through stock that wasn't out. I would definitely go back.
