Great shop for games, especially Nintendo consoles. I had made a mail order for a rare microconsole and they couriered it over to Bangalore at no extra cost. Hopefully more rare and obsolete Nintendo consoles like the Wii U and 3DS make it to stock at any CEX store, I'd be a happy regular customer!

Wasted my time. I wanted to sell my Bose Sports earpods and they said they need to test for 45 mins and then when I went back they said it's broken they should have checked before taking it for testing . Why waste my time please do necessary checks first and then do the testing or take your time . YOUR RESPONSE DOES NOT HELP I have the feeling that my product was dropped down when I gave it to testing. If your inspecting it do it in front of th customer the other funny thing is why are you guys promoting CASHIFY they are supposed to be your competitor

CD exchange is easy. Old mobiles are cheap in cost. Vouchers are provided if there is extra money in exchange, which can be used next time.all kinds of playstation and xbox games and consoles are available here. Second mobiles are available here. With 2 years warranty.

The shop was neat and the state wer friendly and helpful. Not crowded as i went during COVID times. Sanitizer wer available. Couple of staff dint wer mask but upon request they wore too. Went to exchange game and transaction was smooth and quick. Overall good experience. Definitely recommend vadapalani branch because it has more games available than Velachery. Just a recommendation but all CeX chain i feel r good .

Never go to this store for anything! I once purchased a video game from here. I came home and found out its the wrong CD inside. I paid for part 2 of a video game but it was part 1. So, I went back to the shop and told this. He said theres no CD available for part 2! When I asked him to refund my money, he said the store has a no refund policy!!! He said that I can either get a gift card or get another product for the same price! Dude, you gave me a wrong product! And are not giving my money back! You are forcing me to spend my money! Never buy anything from here! These people don't care about their customers!

Mr. Bobby, the store manager is efficient, polite and genuine. Bought several PS4 and PS5 games CDs, secondary PS5 controller. All of them are in a very good condition.

1 month ago, my PS5 controller had drift issues. Went to them for repair since it was under the warranty. Yesterday, they had called me and gave me a replacement for the controller. That's the kind of service that is rare and is really appreciated.

Please keep up the good work. All the staff working there as well are very helpful and kind. Thanks!

It's just like another CEX in chennai there is nothing special about to say anything about this store. But this store little small when you compare to CEX in Velachery phoenix mall. Service is good there is nothing to complaint about it. One of the major plus point is Forum mall which is very easy to travel from anywhere in chennai to Vadapalani because of metro train. Just remember while going to CEX that you should be 18+ to sell or buy products from CEX and they give aditional 2 years warranty and the service period will more than 15 day.
